Poor 1st experience
Placed an order for a bag which they stated they had in stock to then receive a cancellation email the following day. What kind of Mickey Mouse company can’t keep stock levels accurate in this day and age? Seriously. Received a robotic sounding copy and paste cancellation response too, not even a proper human responding.

Packed with Care, Great Price
Ordered a Barbour Quilted Jacket in the sale. Lovely jacket and packed with care in a box with tissue paper, great price. Delivered by DPD the following day. I would not hesitate to order from Philip Browne Menswear again if they had anything I wanted. Very pleased. Thank you.

1st Time buyer !!
I had seen items bought from here posted on a FB group so I thought I try them, I bought 2 Adidas T shirts in the sale, the whole experience was 1st rate, I had received a phone call to clarify my address, then a email stating what time my items would arrive ( they arrived at 9.32 AM the time frame I was given was 9.29 and 10.29 AM )
Now normally when I get something through the post Iam like a kid at Christmas ripping it all open, BUT this was different the packing and attention to detail was something I would expect at Harrods from the box to the packing to the business card and booklet . I can't wait till my next purchase ..
