This company has failed to solve a problem that was clearly caused by their transport service. They insisted that they will have to receive the product that was returned by the delivery service faultily, reimburse me the sum and then I need to make a different order. Despite giving me a voucher for it, the price is still more expensive than my first purchase. They are clearly not instrested in the experience of the customer. All they will have is get bad reviews and lose more money and reputation if they carry on like this. I'd now rather pay more to a competitor because they didn't really try enough to solve a problem that was clearly not the customers fault, but they put it on the customer. This is not a good way to run a business.

The order placed in December has not been delivered until now. You have no one to contact, Facebook Messenger is a joke!
