Initial order service was excellent, then the initial parcel went missing, not at all Philip Harris' fault, the courier misdelivered it. Philip Harris sent out a second order immediately on notification. Overall, exemplary service, thank you.

Good Products, but Delivery Instructions Were Not Followed
Overall, I had a positive experience and found the team helpful. However, I was disappointed that the delivery instructions I provided regarding a specific time period were not followed. As the order contained some restricted chemicals, I believe it is particularly important that such instructions are carefully observed. While everything else was handled well, this oversight was concerning and is an area where the service could be improved.

Excellent performance by Philip Harris, simple ordering and rapid dispatch.I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered by 13.00hrs the following day. Unfortunately, that where it stopped. DPD delivered to a post code and not a perfectly clear address within that, despite driving directly past a visible signed property. After three days, the delivery was eventually tracked to a back doorstep of an unoccupied property. The photo taken by DPD lacked clarity to the surroundings, only showing a small view of a doorstep and bottom of a brown door. It was also claimed that I had taken delivery, a completely false statement, I neither lived there or any other occupant. I would without hesitation trade with Philip Harris in future as long as they don't use this carrier.
