Great Customer service
Great Customer service! I had an issue with my parcel arriving with DPD contacted phatlash who investigated the situation. I had a response the same day and a replacement sent out due to a technical issue with DPD. Thanks to the girls at phatlash!

I am a qualified gel nail artist and wanted to re jog my memory and learn a bit more so I did a hard gel nail course online with PhatLash. There was nothing in this course other than contractions/indications and 2 videos on how to apply and remove. Even then the application video didn’t tell me anything useful such as how to apply the builder gel or what angle to use my nail file at, or if a client came in with one of these contraindications there is nothing stating why I cannot carry out my treatment (which is so important!!) Courses like these should be educational not just a quick step by step, with doing such an intimate treatment you need to know exactly what to do if something were to happen or why you cannot carry out your treatment. Also I thought this course would be on natural nails because it says nothing about extensions on the preview, but this course is a biab (builder gel) extension course and it is titled and advertised wrong. Beginners doing these courses and thinking they’re fully qualified and know what they’re doing need to take another course somewhere else because this teaches you nothing!! Please be mindful of this review if you are thinking of taking any of these courses and always do your research!!!

Absolutely awful customer service…
Absolutely awful customer service similar experience to other people’s reviews never recieved an email certificate when completed my course and have since been ignoring my emails! Waste of money stay away

I did a brow lamination course with Phatlash and I couldn’t find my certificate in my emails so I emailed the brand and asked if they could forward me another copy on To which I got a response of ‘we do require a £5 admission fee for certificates’ if this is there policy then that’s fine however this is not stated on there page and there is no option to pay this fee on there website either. My mum then rang the brand and asked if they could forward my certificate onto her and they said that’s fine and resent it?! Very unprofessional and money grabbing!! So clearly this isn’t there policy at all.
I am very disappointed with the service I have had considering I have used a lot of Phatlash products and recommended them to my other lash friends I will no longer be purchasing from this brand again what a shame!

), there is an administration fee of £10 for reissuing certificates. This fee covers the time and processing required to locate, verify, and resend certification documents.
We apologise for any confusion caused, particularly regarding the difference in communication you received. This is not the level of consistency we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure all team members follow the same process moving forward.
Regarding the certificate being resent without the fee during the phone call, this appears to have been an exception rather than standard procedure, and we sincerely apologise for the mixed messaging this has caused.

Prompt delivery and Incredible Customer service
I have ordered couple of products as a part of black Friday sale, there was some issue with delivery as the Royalmail was not able to locate my postcode. I rang up the customer service, they were so prompt and addressed my issue immediately.

Waste Of Time!!
I purchased an anatomy and physiology course and completed this on 19th August. I have sent multiple emails which the first response was it would be reprocessed. I have been more than patient. A follow up email sent on 17th September 2024 and guess what no response. This company is an absolute joke!! Do not buy courses from them. 7 days for a certificate has turned into months, unprofessional, rude and just a waste of money. Luckily it was only £20 I was scammed out of but it’s the principle!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I did an individual hair extension…
I did an individual hair extension course. I waited 2 weeks for my certification after being told a week maximum but I appreciate they are busy I was then sent someone else’s certificate and when I emailed to let them know they didn’t even respond or apologise or anything just sent me the correct one blank on an email. These are also advertised as accredited courses yet I have been refused every hair trade account possible because these certificates mean nothing!

Didn’t receive my order and poor customer service
Didn’t receive my order, was made to contact Royal Mail myself regarding the order. Which was a waste of time as it is the seller that needs to contact regarding an order. Then was informed that the company had to wait 10 days until a complaint to Royal Mail was made. It’s taken around a month of bugging to get a replacement of my order sent out to me. I used the company as I had been told they were good with customer services and the lashes were very good, however I can’t say I had the same experience.
