This company is no longer operational
This company is no longer operational. The website says that they can't take your order online, but to phone them to place it. The phone isn't answered and it goes to answering machine. The telephone number is a local call but one which can make the company money. Suggest that you don't bother to call them and they don't answer emails either.
They should have had the decency to tell all their regular clients that they were closing down, but obviously not!

Five star and superb service!
Recommended to me by a friend , I gave Pharosparcels a go.. I was absolutely delighted - my expectations were over delivered ( excuse the pun).
I need to send at least two boxes abroad a month and the entire process from biking online to collection and then delivery is seamless!
Great customer service for any enquiries and I cannot recommend them more highly!

Management has always taken ownership…
Management has always taken ownership of my shipments, no matter how large or small the consignment. Any issues relating to customs or issues outside their control, are immediately dealt with in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for peace of mind in their distributions

I am not sure if they are still in business. Booked parcel received payment confirmation by Paypal but no confimation from them or labes l. Two unanswered emails.I have had to book with somebody else and will get my money back via Paypal.
