Quick fix, I recommend

Immediate response via WhatsApp, followed with a video call for training to use the PharmaDel app. Moni was very helpful and cleared up my enquiries same day. Excellent communication, comprehensive app, helpful customer service, open and friendly.

We have taken the Pharmdel software as a trial in one of my pharmacies.
My experience of it (as a pharmacist with 40+ years working in community pharmacy) is hugely positive.
There is a vast amount of information which can be derived from the system.
My drivers have found it very straightforward to use and the pharmacy staff benefit greatly being able to know exactly where a delivery is at any given moment.
Route optimisation increases efficiency and importantly allows new drivers unfamiliar with all the addresses to complete their run efficiently. This is a big plus.
The drivers scanning a delivery at the patient's address alerts them immediately to any potential delivery error. This is an important safety feature which cannot be understated with similar names/addresses, etc.
The CD signing feature ensures an important audit trail in their delivery.
It is obvious that this software has been developed by community pharmacists for community pharmacy and I have absolutely no hesitation in adopting PharmDel in my other pharmacy.
