I'm half and half about this site I've used them twice and my goods have been delivered in the time frame they have set. However its concerning that they don't answer e mails or any other method they advertise to contact them on. They only contact you when you've placed your order and taken your money. I use paypal and i have recently discovered that they have taken two lots of the same money and same goods i had ordered, i have tried getting in touch but surprise,surprise no one has answered my messages. So thank god payed through paypal so they can investigate it for me and maybe give me a refund.?

This firm used to be very good and I used them for many years - prompt delivery, good communication and good products. Recently something must have chenged - perhaps the site changed ownership - but they seem to be willing to take money and just not sending the products. I raised my order weeks ago, paid promtly as always and nothing - no delivery nor replies to my emails about delivery.

ive order from here before and usually takes a while----i ordered again on dec 29----they got there money and my order has been in packing since then---i have emailed repeatedly thru sales@pharmaoffshore and there contact us on website---no response. I paid thru paypal and will probably contact them about refunding my money. VERY VERY poor customer service. I will update this review if i ever get a response. Maybe before ordering contact them thru website and ask if they have what you want in stock before ordering. I am very discouraged because i desperatly need this medication.
EDIT----still no response from pharmaoffshore. Went on PayPal website on my acct. and they had a email listed which PayPal said to email first---it is now 6 weeks my order is PACKING. I hate to be a pest but if pharmaoffshore would just respond there would not be a problem----i am gonna give it a week and then go back to PayPal and file for a formal refund. EDIT----i daily email about my order and i have NEVER recieved a reply. I also emailed sales@pharmaoffshore and nothing. this sure is not a way to operate a business. iam beginning no one is home and they are not open anymore. Does anyone have a direct line to offshore? i cannot find one. i do not want to go to PayPal but i guess it is my last resort. Any suggestions? anyone have phone number? Any help would be benificial. TYIA.
EDIT---i finally got fed up no reply from pharmaoffshore and disputed the charge thru PayPal----the next day pharmaoffshor refunded my money. Do not know what is going on with them but at least i got my money back. Anyone one else know that is going on and did they just go out of business?

IF THIS COMPANY IS WILLING TO SEND ME THE WRONG MEDICATION THAT LOOKS LIKE A KNOK OFF FROM CHINA AND DOES NOT GIVE A BLANK, WHAT DO YOU THINK THERE GENERICS ARE. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Usually I get my order in about 3-4 weeks. First I get an e-mail about the charge going through, then one about it getting sent to packing, and then one saying that it has shipped with a tracking number.

One time I didn't get a shipping notice for about 6 weeks, I think because the pharmacy was out of what I ordered. I sent them an e-mail asking them to use a different pharmacy if that's what was going on. About a week later it shipped and I finally got that order. I don't think that they have customer service that replies to e-mails, but I've always gotten what I ordered.

After getting so disappointed I wrote the following email only to have received my order a week or so later. They are not a scammer but c I have emailed and emailed but have had no response. It’s been a month but no word on my order. I felt that they are a legitimate co but need to follow up more with there customer’s and hearing too many bad things about the company. Be sure to get your tracking number up front. I never got one.

I ordered 24th of November - almost TWO MONTHS AGO - and I haven't received my order yet, PharmaOffshore doesn't answer my mails but they took the money from my account almost immediately after I placed the order. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Pharmaoffshore took me for over $300.00, they sent the wrong medication I offered to send pictures of it but will not return any of my emails, you might get lucky with one or two orders but the will take your money eventually to. STAY AWAY.

I ordered over 6 weeks ago. My check was cashed but no product. Have been trying to contact pharma but the emails won’t go through. Have also checked with delivery post and they show the shipment as far as Germany on December 10. The check was for $847.00 US. I feel as though I have been scammed. At this point I would absolutely not recommend them.

Order got here in a little less than a month. Would have gotten here sooner if I hadn’t screwed up zip code. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful throughout.... even offering a reship if I didn’t get my package due to MY error. Looking forward to ordering again!

I have been a customer for years. Reliable, excellent service. Never a problem.

It’s been 8 weeks and my order never arrived. Suddenly I get no replies to my emails. Seems a bit scammy to me, and I’m out my $65. STAY AWAY

Paid for an order over six weeks ago by Bitcoin. When I first contacted them about a delay on payment, a person named Sarah responded very politely stating there was no problem and I should simply let her know when payment had been made. So when payment was made I let her know. I got no response. I've followed up asking for an update several times and still no response. They changed their website I used to place the order. When I tried to login I could not. So I followed steps to change my password. This was successful. But when I logged in there was no record for my order. My only conclusion is this company is completely fraudulent.

Update: It's now been 3 months since this order was paid for and still I have received nothing. Despite repeated attempts to contact them (I send them an email about once a week), I get no response.
I would love to update this review with some kind of positive news. Unfortunately, this is about as disreputable and dishonest as it gets.

Update 4/13/2020
8 months now still nothing from this company. No response to emails, no product delivered. They took a $123 Bitcoin payment and haven't heard a word from them since. Don't believe the good reviews here. Buyer beware. This company is as dirty as it gets.
