PharmaMarket is hard to reach
We made an order which was supposed to arrive within 5 business days (according to the website). Instead, we were informed that some of the items would arrive almost four weeks after the order was placed, and the payment was already charged. The delay made the order irrelevant for us (we were in the Netherlands for a short period), and we had a hard time reaching PharmaMarket to cancel. After a while, we have finally received a refund on our card.

Because you paid with VISA/Mastercard it depends on your monthly closing. Normally the positive deposit is back on your card one month later.

For communication with the customer, I would give 3 from 5.

Awful experience
Awful experience! They have sent my parcel to "nowhere"! 30 minutes walk from my home! And I couldn't even find it. Near my home I have another post NL. Why they didn't bring my parcel home and at least there, I have no idea!

Delivery issues
When I was ordering the goods it was stated that delivery is on Saturday. On Saturday it was stated that package is not at the post yet, and on Sunday it was scheduled for Monday.on Monday morning,it was rescheduled for Tuesday. My child has atopic dermatit and I was so looking forwards for the cream that would ease it.
Besides the delivery issue, the website is very user friendly, discounts are welcoming, as well as products are of a great quality.
