This is just a scammer who pries on eBay customers.

Products never arrive and delay your refund

I feel this will not be my last word on this appalling company, as they fail to observe even the most basic rights of their customers.
When you place an order for medication, it's because you have a need and the company therfore "have a duty of care"
In my case, I waited twelve days before Pharmaease admitted my parcel was "lost" but it was being tracked, I could see that and so could Pharmaease. They would also have seen that it was "lost" by the third day, yet they still ignored that fact, along with my emails for help.
After twelve days, I finally got an apology, along with a promise of a refund, (excuse me if I don't hold my breath) but this still does address the obvious lack of care and respect for their customers.
I intend to report any response I may receive in my next (and hopefully last review) Yours. PDF

I ordered 4 boxes of bioteene dry mouth toothpaste which I never received from pharmease, it was suppose to be here by March 26th , I had to ring ebay to make a complaint,which are brilliant in helping you. No response ftom seller,then next I have been refunded,but when you suffer with dry mouth you need these supplies to keep mouth healthy. We had to run around trying to find them. Thank god my doctor has prescribed it. Dry mouth you nearly choke due to no salva so thanks to Pharmease, don't buy from them.

Item ordered did not arrive. Several messages sent to company, only prompted by E Bay to respond. Eventually got a refund.

I had such a positive experience with Pharmaease. They were professional yet kind, and I was amazed at how quickly they sorted everything out for me. At a time when I really needed support, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. Excellent service from start to finish!

Anyone who says otherwise seems like a false review

Ordered products via Groupon 2 weeks ago.
Product has not been dispatched after 2 weeks according to tracking no.
Emailed Pharmaease a week ago directly, but no reply.
Either a scam, or incompetence. Either away, avoid.
Have requested money back via credit card company and Groupon.

It's my fault I forgot to look at the seller before ordering ordered ibuprofen for knee pain to do until I go the doctors,can't get out for it. Payed for the order start asking stupid questions a day went by no response cancelled it I wouldn't receive it in time suffering now they are as much use as a bench vice made from cheese live and learn

ORDERED PIRITON TABLEYS ON LINE ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 20TH 2024.
STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM, SENT A MESSAGE USING THE ADVICD ON ebay, STILL NO REPLY AND NO GOODS,

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Spent £50 on covid tests day 2 for coming back from Portugal to UK and they never sent us the results and will not give me a refund. Don't believe me that I never got the email. Terrible customer service
