I can’t thank the staff enough for all they’ve done for my mum. They work after hours and weekends to make sure mum gets her meds .

Exactly the same issues as the other 1* reviews would avoid if you can. It is hilarious to see the fake 5* reviews, all on the same day and all have only left 1 review ever!
Worst service I've experienced for many years...!!!
Started off well...
I spoke to a lady who was very nice and she assured me that mothers medication would be delivered on time (as this was getting to be an issue with the previous company, med's being late by several days and sometimes not processed at all) and that if there ever was a problem, they would let me know so I could contact the doctors for an emergency supply if required.
This all went swimmingly for a while but then the med's didn't turn up one time.
I eventually managed to get hold of someone who reassured me this was a one off.
It went ok again for a while then it went wrong again during the pandemic, finally got hold of someone to speak to after calling at various times throughout the day (call, get answer machine, call, get answer machine, repeat... this is for the benefit of the chap who tells me they pick up the phone every time it rings). The med's didn't turn up again and over the course of a couple of days I called countless times, and each time the phone rang, went to answer machine. Where the mailbox was full, it suggested sending a text, which I did and also sent e,mails. No reply.
Skip forward with this same thing happening again and again, and this time I contacted the doctors to see if they had any luck in speaking to someone, which they did, but they had the same issues as myself in nobody picking up the phone so they kept ringing.
Again, no med's this month so rang several times and then again the next day and the phone was picked up by one of the rudest customer facing people I have ever encountered. I explained I had tried calling numerous times and that they are not delivering on time month after month, to which he said "I don't believe you, we pick up every call".
I didn't think this was a particularly good way to speak to someone, calling them a liar, especially a customer who is trying to get medication for his mother, so offered to show him the call logs from my phone, the text messages I have sent and the e-mail...
Then he said "You do realise there is a pandemic going on".
My reply to this was that, I am a member of the emergency services and am fully aware of this fact thank you very much.
I have now sought out an alternative provider as I am quite willing to work with someone who is trying to provide a service, up to and including donating my time to help out, but frankly this was appalling and I totally WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone who needs medication on time or anyone wishing to contact a company. I would leave negative stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered some pain medication from them 10 days ago. These haven't arrived, despite me paying nearly £5 for postage.
I have e-mailed them twice now, asking for information on when I can expect the delivery - both of my e-mails have been ignored.
Very disappointing service. Avoid at all costs!
Update - today 25th January, I phoned and finally got through to someone from "customer" services. I have never met anybody so rude.
Told me did I know there is a pandemic going on, they are busy. Obviously too busy to reply to e-mails sent and too busy to be polite to their customers.
AVOID this pharmacy - absolutely dreadful. I will never place an order through them again!!

Constantly in touch to make me aware of any delays that were occurring, with the current pandemic that has occurred, the customer service was exceptional. A friend recommended that I contacted Pharmacy Requirements which l did directly via phone in the evening. I found them to be polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Although initially unsure if they could fulfill my order, they informed me that they would check and get back to me asap. They contacted the same night even though it was out of hours and confimed that they could indeed fulfill my prescription not once but twice and any future needs. I was amazed by this as I had lost faith in my usual pharmacy. Brilliant 5 🌟 customer service, timely, over and above, thoroughly recommend 💯% Many thanks for all your help Mel

Ordered goods, but no communication from company, despite four emails to them asking what was going on, and where were my goods. Referred them to General Pharmaceutical Council, who investigated, but came to the conclusion that my complaint wouldn’t be upheld because they had refunded me - much to my surprise. They hadn’t bothered to advise me of the refund, but for me this is irrelevant, this company WILL NOT SUPPLY YOU WITH ANY GOODS. I wasted my time, energy and was beyond frustration, not acceptable.

I purchased Freestyle Libre sensors in October 2018. I was contacted a few months after this to be offered a refund or the products once the company had resolved their stock issues.
I contacted Pharmacy Requirements a month or so later after that to request a refund since I still hadn't had the sensors delivered and I got no response.
I have pursued a refund on several occasions between then and now (October 2020) and don't intend to give up until I get my refund of over £100.
My most recent email exchange with the company involved rudeness on their part, so I am now looking to pursue my refund through legal channels.

I placed an order and saw the reviews afterwards. The phone number works. I was told the item was out of stock although it was still for sale online. However, I received a full refund within 72 hours. Customer services were prompt.

you will never get any goods deliver to you but the money will sure be taken away.

Terrible company- do not use. Order has not been recieved. There is no telephone number for the company and I have tried to make contact through the online enquiry form and email. The company has ignored all forms of communication I have made. I have requested a refund, but doubt I will be a reply to my latest email of 14 April 2020 - Order #3917
No customer service
Ordered items on 3rd March and over two weeks later no sign of the order. Have telephoned and left a message for a call back, e. mailed three times to try and find out when I will get the ordered I have paid for and nothing but silence.

Don’t use!
Order placed on 30th December but still not delivered. I have emailed them twice but not had an answer. Very annoyed as they have taken my money but not sent the goods. I really wish I had seen the other reviews earlier. Frustrating not to be able to contact them.
