Pharmacy Prime has been incredibly supportive from the beginning. I've received emails detailing potential symptoms from taking Mounjaro and tips on how to alleviate them. They also provide a contact number for reaching out to a healthcare expert, or you can email them with inquiries. Regular check-in emails are sent to see how I'm progressing, reassuring me that support is always available. I'm starting my second month with Pharmacy Prime this week and plan to stick with them for my entire weight loss journey.

Honestly awful
Honestly awful. Ordered express and it didn’t arrive until 4 days after. Complained to customer service and they won’t even refund express delivery costs. Do not order if it’s something you need urgently even if you pay extra for express delivery. One big scam

Missing order
My order supposedly went missing with Royal Mail - however, it took me following up for them to realise and then they refunded me without checking if I wanted to re-order.
I can't understand how companies don't follow up proactively on missing orders themselves and wait for the customer to contact them.
I would certainly not recommend this company for pharmacy supplies based on their unreliability.

We cannot unfortunately track all the hundreds of orders that go out daily due to the speed of despatch. When items are sadly lost within courier networks, we raise cases with the couriers immediately. These, however, do take some time as we rely on the speed of the courier services to get back to us with the location of the order.
In instances where replacement stock is not available in our warehouses - as we had mentioned in our email to you - and where it would delay the process even further if we were to wait for the courier service to get back to us, we process an entire refund for the inconvenience.
I apologise that you didn't receive your order & hope that this sheds some light on why we had decided to refund you in your situation!

I rarely write reviews but I think these guys are a very ethical pharmacy. I was on weight loss medication and the price went up (from the supplier). Instead of doing what all the big pharmacies did and instantly put up their price (for stock they got pre price rise) they held off for as long as possible. It just goes to show the customer service does help. I have had nothing but a great experience with them and would highly recommend.

From the start Pharmacy Prime have been very supportive,I've received emails with information what symptoms I might get taking Mounjaro and information on how I can minimise theys symptoms your also given a number if you need to call and speak to a health care professional or you can email them with any questions. I've also had check in emails to see how I'm doing which is great to know you have the support if you need it so you know your not doing this alone,I am starting my second month this week with Pharmacy Prime and I will continue to use them for the duration of my weight loss journey.
