Had consultation which was a waste of time as didnt check weight and didnt look at screen when showed ID. Said dispatched next day then took 3 days to arrive by which time ice pack was melted and not cold. Email to say it had been dispatched on 25th. Arrived on 28th.

Good service, if they actually have stock (which you never know if they have)
The process of completing a consultation and submitting a request is clear and straightforward. Sadly there is a disconnect with the actual delivery of any prescribed items. There is no stock level displayed and on frequent occasions an order is accepted, stated as out for delivery, (with a tracking number) only to then be contacted, up to a week later, saying it's out of stock. The refunds always go through really quick, but then you have to reorder and go through the whole thing again, uncertain of whether you're items will actually ever arrive. I have only used the service in the spring of 2026 so maybe this is a temporary issue, but it's made the whole process tedious, time consuming and feel like a lottery as to whether you will actually get the item or not.
