I rate the customer service as 2, They do not respond to either the email or the WhatsApp number provided. I am satisfied with the products, but I have never encountered such poor communication. They do not respond to anything and there is a long waiting time until the order arrives. I hope they can improve this in the future, and that is why I rate it as 4.

Always great purchasing from pharmacoline.com. The process is fast, easy, and delivery dates are always on time or ahead of schedule. Makes it nice to take care of my skin needs even with a busy professional and personal life! They are my "Go To" provider everytime!
