Obviously because they are an incompetent "company" that only after 3 days have you confirmed that you do not have stock if at the time of purchase I clearly said it was in stock and in your previous message you confirmed that it will be sent within 48-72 hours from payment'

I am extremely disappointed in the company and the customer service provided.
After signing up and placing 70E worth of products in my basket there seemed to be one problem after another. The discount code did not function and then I was told my email was not registered. This after receiving the code to the same email address. Apparently they have deteriorated.
