Great bot, some things the devs should consider & work on tho:
The bot itself is great in design, but is unfinished, and the support server is not setup to help the user. I joined the invite and accepted the server rules, but there is not one single channel that I can type in, not a single ticket that can be opened, and nowhere to actually receive support from. I love what this bot is capable of doing, and the potential this bot has, but if a feature is not finished then it should not be in the list of commands until it is. Like I went to use the duty command, but it said it wasn't setup, yet there is not config command for it. Even the bot set-up in the documentation isn't done yet. A finished product is the best product. beside that the bot is good.

The issue you ran into is actually due to a missing step: users need to head over to the **#pick-your-roles** channel and react to gain access to the appropriate support sections. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to type in channels, open tickets, and get the help you need.
As for the unfinished commands and documentation — you're absolutely right. Some features are still being finalized, and we’re working hard to ensure they’re fully functional before being pushed live. Your suggestion to hide incomplete commands is valid and has been noted for future improvements.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to grow and polish the project. If you return and claim your roles in the support server, we’d be happy to assist you further and hear more of your suggestions directly!
