customer service sucks

Never received "shipped" order that FedEx never received. When I went to contact customer service no one answers the phone and my emails and texts are never answered. Out over $150! Very unhappy!

This includes delivery status updates and FedEx tracking details. We also recommend checking spam or junk folders as these automated emails can occasionally be filtered there.

Customers can always access their tracking and order status by logging into their account or using the order lookup on our website. If your package was marked as delivered but not received, we encourage you to file a claim with FedEx, as once an order is in transit, it’s in the carrier’s hands.

Health of fish not guaranteed, only live delivery

The Panda we choose as a birthday gift was supposed to be XL, it wasn't. When it arrived, it wasn't doing well in the bag, but it was alive. We had to keep him separate from the other fish in our aquarium, in hopes he'd do better...sadly he didn't and passed away 3 days later. We notified the store, he didn't look to be doing good when he arrived, and later when we notified the store he passed away, we were told to send an email. We were told, despite us contacting the via phone upon arrival and later when he passed, that health was not guaranteed. They only guarantee an alive arrival.

While we do guarantee live arrival, we’re unable to offer guarantees beyond that point due to the many factors that can impact a fish’s health once introduced into a new environment (such as tank parameters, acclimation, stress, etc.).

That said, we stand by the quality of all livestock we ship and would never knowingly send out anything in subpar condition—our reputation depends on it. If there was any concern with the condition on arrival, our team would have requested photos within the policy window in order to assist.

Learning lesson

At first I thought your website was good. I found what I wanted, and placed the order. I received a verification notice with order number after I completed the order. The next day I received an update from you saying that my order was not completed. I clicked on the link send me back to my order and submitted it again. That part of the process was nice. But then without a notification of it being shipped I received two orders instead of the one. Both receipts from both packages had the dates from when I placed them. I did not want two Red Claw Crabs. But I got two, because of the notification I got saying that the first order was not completed, even though it obviously was. Receiving the notification and no IP on when I was going to receive the delivery I'M NOT HAPPY WITH AT All.

I’ve ordered 2 black arowana from yall…

I’ve ordered 2 black arowana from yall now (separate orders) and both have just seemed like faulty fish from the start. Both of them seemed like something was wrong with their spine. They both have died with 2 days of arrival

Silver Fox Flying Fish Review

I ordered 5 of the silver fox flying fish (algae eaters) and all 5 came in great condition. All alive at arrival and just added them to my main tank after a month quarentine. I ordered to South Florida, and they came from San Diego, California. I will for sure consider this supplier for orders in the future !!

Ordered fish 9 days ago

Ordered fish 9 days ago. Got a notification that my order had shipped. That was a week ago. The company either lied about the order being shipped. Or the fish are lost in the mail and most likely dead. No updates, just auto generated email yessing me. So I'm out $62 with nothing to show for it. I deal with a dozen different fish suppliers. This one is possibly the absolute WORST yet. Don't waste your money with them

The ad description was very misleading

The ad description was very misleading. I could have bought locally. They advertised this as a 2lb, large tiger Oscar. A baby fry is what was sent and they told me when I complained it was the water that weighed it.

We want to clarify that the weight shown on the item listing is for shipping purposes only—it accounts for the box, water, and any packaging materials used to safely ship live fish or dry goods. It’s not a reference to the fish’s body weight.

The actual size of each fish is listed in the product description, and we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Even a full-grown Oscar wouldn’t reach 2 lbs in shipping weight!

Horrible business

Horrible business. They do not know how to package fish correctly for shipping so the fish show up dead. The ones that do live are smaller then description and always sickly with damaged fins. Do not buy here you will be unhappy and waste your money.

I made my first order from this

I made my first order from this. We'll sight over three weeks ago. Half of my order came in dead on arrival two weeks ago. They say there's nothing they can do. And it's been three weeks and i'm still waiting for my last half of the order that I do not want anymore.I just want my money back and they will not help me out at all fe.
