DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered an expensive microchip feeder and it came relatively quickly, however, I decided to return it. I used the Petwell portal to return, and I have evidence of it being delivered to Petwell 11/12/25.

As of today, 07/01/26, I have not received my refund. They have stolen £88.99 from me, no small amount.

If you read all the December 2025 reviews, they are quite obviously going out of business, as there is no end of reviews like mine. Yet, they are still sending me mailing list emails to buy more items.

They don't reply to emails, and their phone line is shut.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PETWELL!!

Beware Petwell uses DHL E commerce which…

This company uses DHL E commerce which has 1 star reviews on trustpilot. First time using Petwell to order cat food and and package delayed repeatedly and still not arrived. My cats have no food! Emailed twice and No response from seller and no response from DHL E commerce. Will not buy from them again. Going back to Zooplus that always deliver and are highly recommended.

I like Petwell a lot

I like Petwell a lot, good, competitive prices. Fabulous customer service, Hayley was very helpful, kind, I had made a mistake with my order Hayley got in touch, it was sorted very quickly, I Highly recommend Petwell.

Very delayed delivery

Very delayed order money comes out then weeks before food arrives
Appreciate Xmas but has happened before & get alert saying delivery from DHL then says delayed as not been received .
Brought other order forward & still not received beyond original delivery due date.

Still waiting for delivery

Ordered 2 large boxes of cat food on christmas eve.
I wasn't expecting delivery for a few days at least but it's now 1st Jan and I haven't even had an email to say its been dispatched.
Just had an email asking me to rate my experience so this is it.
Still waiting for my delivery.

Initial purchase online with Shop…

Initial purchase online with Shop uploaded an old address despite having being changed. I sent an e mail to amend delivery address immediately but as it was just prior to Xmas Eve I was not expecting a response for a few days. I got a response saying it had been dispatched but nothing about the delivery address being changed as it was with the courier, the alternative was to cancel for refund or have delivered to a parcel shop. I chose the latter and was told my courier would send notification when it was delivered. This did not happen and it was only yesterday 30/12 I got an e mail from your customer team telling me it had been delivered by Evri on 29/12. On attendance to collect the package I was asked for collection number which I did not have as Evri had not messaged me with notification. The lady was great at post office and with ID she handed over my parcel which contained only 2 thirds(12) if my order if 18 cans of Lilys Kitchen. I have photographed the package and notified the customer service team but for a first time customer this has been a poor experience all round.

Avoid this company, they are not fit for purpose and are now trying to wriggle out of refunding me for a missing item!

I wrote a review about this company on 23rd December. Since then, despite numerous emails, to them as you can see it gets worse! First they sent me a tracking link for their useless courier, but omitted any kind of tracking number, so that was rather pointless of them; shades of their lack of any kind of efficiency I’m afraid! You can easily guess that their courier turned out to be the equally useless Evrie, who failed to communicate any stage of the eventual delivery and then only left half the order on my doorstep on a Sunday when I was out; I had no idea they were coming! I then informed Petwell of this and asked for a refund for the missing item. They responded by telling me “your parcel has now been delivered.” They did this time, however, provide the tracking number I needed. But unfortunately are themselves so stupid that they hadn’t bothered to look at the delivery photograph of my front door step, because if they had taken this obvious and simple step themselves they would have seen straight away that I only had one item delivered. After all I call myself ‘the truth teller’ for a reason! They have chosen not to believe me, haven’t bothered to check the evidence provided by their courier, and so I have to waste more of my time trying to get them to believe the facts I have provided them with! If they hadn’t been so lazy perhaps they might have packaged the order together in the first place, then half of it wouldn’t be missing, but it is clear that they failed to do this and I am now left trying to get them to sort it out. So, Petwell, get your house in order, check your facts BEFORE you tell a customer to go away, and ignore their legitimate and honest request for a refund! As a company, YOU have failed to do your jobs with due diligence! PERHAPS NOW YOU WILL SORT OUT MY REFUND AS I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES!!!

Placed an order 16/12/25 and Evri…

Placed an order 16/12/25 and Evri status has remained unchanged since 22/12/25 was paid for 2 day delivery. Despite Emailing Petwell I just get a standard computer generated email to check status in 24 hrs. Happy to take your order and money but not chase up their couriers and leave it to the customer to sort out.

Delivery still hasn’t arrived for items ordered on 18th December. Had to go out and buy dog food for Christmas so not ideal really. Customer service was helpful and replied quickly so that was
