I received the dog bed and it would fit a small hand, no returns and no refunds

Oh dear. Hoodwinked along with many others it seems. The experience we have had is identical to most others here. A very long delay, and the eventual delivery of an extremely poor quality item that did not meet the description in any way. A dog bed that an average sized cat might get into.The resulting request for a return and refund was of course refused. Another online seller with no identifier as to where they are located or regulated, and highly unlikely to be meeting UK trading standards. This is not a UK based seller - that can be worked out from the Paypal transaction details. We had the emails from "Anna" too. As others report, the website is now down - what a surprise. It's a scam. This dog bed can be bought on eBay for a fraction of the price sold here - sent from Hong Kong as this item was. No identifying label or invoice. The only saving grace we have is that we paid by Paypal too, so at least this scammer doesn't have any of our credit or debit card info. We'll be contacting them to see if there is anything they can do. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This seller will be back as something else. Stick to online sellers and platforms you know and can trust and have used before. There is so much of this happening now. We don't think for a moment we'll have our money refunded, so will have to put this down to poor judgement.

No contact. I ordered 1st April. They took my money and Boom nothing arrived or contact to say when ot will arrive. A SCAM. And they are using COVID 19 as an excuse to hide behind. I hope they are not keeping well and feel pain. For we have paid for their good life to the detriment of our banks

I read positive reviews and believed I was safe in ordering a pet bed from this company but it has now been around 6 weeks since then. I spite of two reminders and a couple of holdIng replies from their end, still no delivery. I only gave it a score of one score to make sure this was posted.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Give them a wide berth and find a local firm whose reputation you know.

I still haven’t received mine and Anna says I can’t have a refund.Please do not be scammed by these people. I paid through PayPal so hopefully they can sort it out

Make sure you buy the correct size if you decide to buy. I bought the smallest size for my dog and she cannot even get into it she is 10”long and 10” high. I tried to exchange it for a larger size and was asked for photographic evidence from Anna about which size I bought. I then asked for a full refund because my little dog will not go any near the bed. The time and effort in this transaction has been time consuming unbelievable and insulting. I will not be buying anything from this company again and am still waiting for a refund and explanation. My advice is shop elsewhere.

We ordered the bed at the beginning of April and received it just now. I give it 2 stars only because the bed arrived and it is undamaged.

-1 star: for poor communication from the seller. They knew they had an issue but continued the sale and only send us one email informing about delays without offering refunds or giving estimate postage date

-1 more star: for very delayed delivery

-1 more star: for the quality of the bed. There is no label on the bed, no invoice in the package - nothing that would identify the company name. This looks like a private person re-selling the products from China.

Overall experience, service, customer support is disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Same story as other people who had bad experience: It's DEFINITELY a SCAM!!! please don't order from them. I have ordered dog bed 4 weeks ago and have not received it. It was because of Instagram add which I stupidly thought would be a safe option to trust. I'm now trying to get my money back via Paypal as they are not responding to my emails anymore (I've received one response also from "Anna" saying it will take another 2 weeks due to Covid...)
!! I've also just realised that seller information for payment was not Petswebshop but: FitLooking, Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu
All good reviews posted must be paid for all some other way falsely generated.

I have emailed a few time asking for my money back like a lot of people, I was told by a vet not to use them as one of my dogs has a Allergy the Oder was placed on the 8/04/2020 and I have been trying to get my money, some very rude person called Anna emails saying they do not do refunds but as I said to her I haven’t even got the beds yet!!! Definitely a con would never ever use them again, I payed through PayPal so hoping they will sort it out

In the same boat as everyone else. ordered weeks ago. It is a scam I am sure.
Has anyone reported them to Facebook as items advertised on FB seem to have a guarantee promise.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of placing it when I realised my dogs health condition would be made worse. Ordered on 2nd April and sent 4 emails requesting cancellation which they ignored. They finally responded saying they wouldn’t give a refund and the bed had been delivered. It hasn’t and it’s now 29th April. They still refuse to give me a refund. Dreadful company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I’m now dealing with my credit card company in order to obtain a refund. Awful experience 😡😡😡

worst company to deal with .... ordered a bed for my grieving dog on 2 April (other dog died 26 March) ... the bed still has not arrived and they say another 2 weeks (5 weeks from order - RIDICULOUS) ... I requested to cancel the order but just like the other review - they say no this cannot be done ... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ordered my dog a new bed on the 7 April. A week later my dog had to be put to sleep. As the bed hadn’t arrived and would be further delayed due to COVID-19 I emailed customer services to ask if I could possibly cancel my order and obtain a refund. They advised they were sorry to hear about my dog but no, I could not cancel my order and receive a refund. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

SCAM .... The ad came up on Facebook but I thought I would check them out. I did google them and they seemed legit as it was another company people were saying was a scam. I felt I had the correct company. The dogs bed should have arrived by now so I'd emailed the company and have had the same response from their customer care, Anna and apparently I will get the two beds within the next two weeks and an offer of 30% discount however there is nothing to buy other than the dog beds. I have now written back to Anna telling her that I felt it was a scam and could she give me a telephone number but unfortunately I think I have been had as the email I got back was from a very unusual email address. So unfortunately I think it is a scam. I have written an email to various bodies to see what can be done about it. The website looks legit.

I am absolutely gutted. I wish I looked at reviews before ordering. I've emailed 3 times now but other than an automated response nothing!! They were quick enough to take my money though. I would like to hope it will be delivered but if others have been waiting longer I am not holding out much hope. They should be taken off the internet if not a reputable company, and do not deliver on their promise. HOORAH!! My perseverance has paid off I have had a lovely apology from Anna at petswebshop, which I appreciate, that was all I wanted. And I am to be expecting the bed I ordered within 2 weeks. I understand the delay due to Coronavirus, I just wanted an acknowledgement. So thankyou. I am having reservations now, have I been fooled by the email from Anna, I really hope not. I will wait until 5th May then I will start investigating again. NOT A SCAM. You will receive your bed eventually. It's taken nearly 6 weeks but its here and it's great. Just be patient guys you will get yours too.

I have given 1 star as I can not give 0! I initially thought that the order was delayed due to Covid19 but upon reading the other 2 reviews I’ve realised perhaps I was being a bit naive. I also haven’t received any correspondence despite Emailing them twice and there is no telephone contact number. Best not to order from this website.

Don't believe what you read on this company website. They take your order but they then do not communicate with you or confirm when delivery will be made. If you read the comments on Facebook, many customers have been having the same issue. During Covid-19 crisis, they were advertising even more on Facebook but then no delivery. Looks like manufacture in China but not owned there. I think it's a scam. Avoid and do not buy from them. My order has still not arrived and it's nearly a month. Others have never received. WARNING! I have asked for a refund but nobody every replies. Emails are automated and there NOT any staff on hand 24/7, despite the claims on the website saying that there are. Customer enquiry emails remain unanswered despite multiple attempts to contact - you just receive an automatic response in Shopify. Be Warned.
