I am so disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a cashmere sweater. I was not happy with the fit and simply wanted to return it. There was nothing wrong with the product. They requested a picture of the garment plus a video which I am unable to send. Their claim was EASY returns but this is ridiculous!! I am well within the timeframe for returns and find this to be a request that is beyond normal business practice!

I had an interview a few years ago at Bridge View by a man who spent 20 minutes looking at the table. He didn’t even lift his head or make eye contact.
What he did do is convince me that they weren’t the company for me.

ARL gave me a pay rise which was wiped out simultaneously with a holiday pay deduction. I will never work for these jokers again.

Atlantic Resourcing (Petrofac agency wing) are an awful company to work for. They employ countless people beyond 12 weeks on the same contract without equal conditions (as required by the Agency Workers Regulation). They try to force new contracts on workers to avoid the AWR. Anyone who questions them is tagged as trouble. They are difficult to communicate with (...you have reached the vodafone voicemail). They have no concern with the wellbeing of workers whatsoever.

Petrofac Aberdeen. They never reply to phone calls, messages or emails. Staff are continually unavailable. Expense claiming is fraught with hurdles to discourage. There is little interest in their personnel except when they need something. Petrofac employees are little more than a commodity who are treated with disdain by those in supervisory positions.
