Very good experience

Edith met my satisfaction with his feedback, much appreciated and trust that my situation will be dealt with and get refunded.

I got an immediate response to the request I made with an email and looking forward to an action taken.

I disliked the fact that the cancelation policy is complicated and on my request to cancel my membership, same was not attended to but rather they changed my membership to another one, thereafter I had to escalate my request. Daisy reached out to me “assisting with my refund" and I appreciated that, however the refund was subject to me doing this review.

Mr Raj offered me the best customer service, after reviewing my case he promised to make things right and have restored my hope

scam . money grabbers

Deduction from my card without my knowledge. I was busy with buying sausages on another site and I was automatically subscribed to petprobuys.

They did cancel my subscription and pay the money back which I am grateful for.

But the means in which everything starting is still very scetchy

I had a very disappointing experience with PetProBuys. I was supposed to be refunded by April 21, but it's now been over a week and I still haven't received anything. When I try to follow up with them, they don't respond. The only thing they seemed to care about was getting me to write a positive review first, promising they would start the refund process afterward — but even after doing that, I was not refunded. Very unprofessional and dishonest service. I do not recommend.

Never do anything with these people, they are thieves, they steal money from other people's cards, and they stole money from me too.
