Petpals Crawley were amazing, they took care of our bunny and the lady was amazing!

Petpals Norwich have been fantastic. They looked after my very young cats, Bruce and Lucia for a week whilst I was abroad. I felt so reassured by their messages and updates. I have come back to two very happy cats. If you want to have a conscientious, reliable and thoughtful team to look after your precious ones look no further!

Monique has been walking our dog once a week for a few yeats now. I've always found Monique to be understanding, flexible and soooo patient with her stange little ways. Pepper has also boarded and day care; she comes back super chilled and a happy bunny! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monique

Monique made one scheduled visit to feed my bird, arriving early and looking after him as requested.

I have debated long and hard about writing this however I think what happened was just so unprofessional and could have led to the loss of my cat.

I’ve used this company a few times and they were recommended by friends in the area who said they aren’t good with updates but they are reliable. Because I just wanted someone reliable and they came recommended I opted for their services and let them keep a spare set of my keys. I resolved the needing updates side of things by keeping a camera in my living room to speak and see my cat when I’m away.

Really sadly, the last trip I went on over the holiday period, a 10 day trip this company just didn’t bother to turn up to give my cat any food or water… for 10 days! It was arranged with them a few months back and the week prior. Before I left I also messaged and they had responded and confirmed.

Turned out they aren’t reliable as I have no idea why they just forgot about my cat. When I got home I realised the horrible truth as all his food I left out for them to give him was untouched. His water had run out at some point too. My cat lost a total of 1.2kg in weight during this time.

They did apologise and cover the costs of the emergency vet fees.
However, this does not remotely cover the long term effects of this or forgive what they did. My cat to this day does not like when I have to leave for work and of course just thinks I abandoned him and will do it again. He also struggled for the longest time with eating and digesting his food. The emotional trauma I also have from this is not okay. My heart was broken for my cat and what he went through, he’s only 12 months old and a baby in my eyes. I feel guilt every time I remember speaking to him through the cameras and he obviously could not communicate that he has no food.

I don’t think this company should be entrusted with the care of any persons beloved pets. There are better services out there where it’s the same person visiting every time (important for most pets and familiarity), they give updates in photographs daily too and I’m sure they actually turn up to keep your pet alive. I wish I went for one of them instead as this would never have happened. My cat was close to organ failure as confirmed by the vets and he could have died. This is a living being you are taking care of… completely unforgivable

Petpals have been so helpful for me with my two black labs, not only transporting them for me but also calling in when I'm out on a long day and taking them out for walk to break the day up. We have always used a cattery in the past but Pet Pals was a much better system for our cats this time. 100% recommend.

I found Jean just on a Google search and after reading about her and Petpals knew it was perfect for our puppy, Charlie a working cocker spaniel. We went to meet Jean and her own dogs and she was very accommodating, very engaging and had a lovely set up for looking after family pets. Charlie then spent a half day with Jean and came away happy. Jean then looked after him for six days and during that time we received videos of Charlie, photos and updates. We left a puppy and got back a dog! He had had a growing spurt!! He looked very healthy and very happy. I would recommend Jean to anyone and would use her again. Having your beloved family pet looked after in a home is so much nicer than a kennel. Charlie was settled which meant we were and we could be on holiday knowing he was being well looked after.

Petpals Norwich have been fantastic for us. There is never too short of a notice, or too late a request. Mark and Lucy go out of their way to give great pet care and make sure everything is taken care off.

I really don’t know what I would have done without the caring and professional service Petpals in Chichester provide.

They are very thorough and want to do a good job. You do feel that they treat your pet as if it’s their own. Which is so reassuring. They have pets of their own so they understand how important our animals are to us.

They came in twice a day over three days to feed and give essential medication to my cat who has stage 3 kidney disease. And comforted her too. I really felt reassured and would definitely recommend them.

I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Feel confident to leave my dogs in Jean's care knowing they are safe and well looked after.

Petpals Chichester. Sue looked after Teddy in our motorhome whilst we went out to lunch to celebrate our friends birthday. I had never left Teddy before but as soon as I met Sue, I knew he would be fine. It worked out so well and will definitely use Sue again when we visit Concierge Camping. Very, very happy!

As well as looking after our cats at home Jean helped us out by taking in our newly acquired rescue dog Bailey the puppy
He had a great time with her own dogs
This was a last minute booking so we are extremely grateful to Jean for taking the puppy on for a week
We have used jeans services for several years and will continue to do so in the coming years

Brilliant with our dogs, they love Jean so much.

Can’t recommend Paul and Helen enough, I have used them for years! I know my dogs are safe with them and they look after them as if they were their own. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always flexible when needed which is a huge help. The dogs are always excited to see them and love their walks! If you need reliable dog walkers then you won’t be disappointed with Petpals.

Paul and Helen have looked after George our Pug since he was a puppy. He is now 7 and loves staying with them. We never worry about him when he stays in their home and he gets the best care possible as one of their family.
