Fake product being sold as genuine item.

Ordered a Seresto Flea collar for what I thought was a bargain price, being supplied by a UK seller. Recieved within the time quoted, but supplied directly from China.That should have been a red flag. Product recieved didn't work, and after further investigation I discovered the collar I was supplied was a fake. I've reached out to Petmagicdog.Uk via email to enquire if they are knowingly supplying fake products, but so far no response.

Order x4 cat flea collar

Order x4 cat flea collar. Still not received items. Uk seller so can't take that long for delivery (2-5 days as stated on website). Contacted company no response avoid purchasing from this site.

Avoid. Charged but items not dispatched.

Paid for a flea collar with express delivery 2-5 days. It didn’t arrive and tracking shows as ‘ready to ship’ I contacted the online chat and they say it is coming and to be patient. I’ve asked to cancel and refund but suspect I’ll end up having to take this up with my credit card company. Avoid.
