Amazing Customer Service

Roin and the Petlibro team were absolutely fantastic! My house uses a ton of their products and recently decided to get the wet feeder. It worked great until week 3 so I reached out to customer service and their response was quick, easy, and extremely professional. They have earned a customer for life!

Great customer service

I really love Petlibro’s products and their customer service. I have both a water fountain and a feeder for my cats. Whenever I’ve had an issue with the feeder (which has always been user error — nothing with the hardware or software!), they’ve been prompt, kind and helpful to get it fixed. Recently, my cats were roughhousing and broke a part of the bowl of the feeder — PetLibro sent me a replacement part for only $10 and they were so friendly!

The customer service at this company is the best I have ever experienced! Their response times were so quick and helpful with troubleshooting walk-through. After the problem wasn’t solved, they sent a new part for my machine immediately. Wow!

I have a Petlibro Luma litter box and notifications stopped

I’ve had a Petlibro cat feeder and water fountain for some time and have loved them, so when the Luma litter box came out, I decided it was time to invest in an automatic litter box as well. I travel quite a bit, and it’s been great having something that allows my cat sitter to focus more on my cat rather than litter box cleaning.

The litter box itself looks great and feels very well made. My cat transitioned to it within a few days, just as recommended in the Petlibro instructions. After a few days, however, my iPhone notifications stopped, even though the litter box continued to function as expected.

I contacted support after following the notification troubleshooting steps without success. Trina responded within a few hours and followed up several times with troubleshooting steps and updates. A few days later, she let me know the issue had been resolved on their end, and notifications have been working smoothly ever since.

With a little effort, any problems will be fixed

I’ve bought several items from PetLibro now, all with the aim of automating certain aspects of pet care. As with any system that requires a connection to the Internet, there are always little blips of annoyance, but whenever these occur, PetLibro stands by their products, and will work with you to fix the issue. Troubleshooting is at times tiresome (I am often asked to answer the same questions, repeatedly), but in the end, there are very good standard warranties on their products, and those will be honored. When it comes to my pet care needs, I would look to PerLibro first, as I feel like they will take care of me (and my cat!)

Incredible customer service!

The customer service with this company is truly amazing! I had an issue with one of my feeders and within a few hours of submitting my ticket I was already getting replies and assistance with fixing the issue. They are incredibly thorough and professional. I have so much trust in this company purely for the customer service and knowing that if I ever have an issue with their product they will make it right! I will continue to support this company and buy their products and rest easy knowing they have me covered!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I was having issues with my feeders not detecting low food levels and their customer service team responded immediately with tips on how to resolve the issue. When these tips didn’t solve the issue they replaced all three at no cost.

A lot of companies could learn from Petlibro's customer support

A lot of companies could learn from Petlibro's customer service!

I ordere the Dockstream 2 from their german amazon website, and while it took a bit of time to arrive because it was between christmas and new year, it was well worth wait, i got the product and my cat loved it, the rest of us also loved it, it's easy to use, great app and it my our cat instantly drink a lot more water.

Sadly after a few weeks when i went to charge it, the charging did not work and it short circuited whenever the charging cable was plugged in.

However after contacting Petlibro's customer support about my issue, they replied back extremely quickly and i got a refund, which i have used to buy a new dockstream 2. Thank you very much once again for the great product and support!

Dockstream is a rockstar

The Dockstream cordless water fountain is a game changer for hotel travel and keeping my cats well hydrated during the show season. Knowing that my cats can stay well hydrated and interested in water during travel reduces my own anxiety, especially since one of my cats has a history of urinary difficulties. We have been faithfully using these products for nearly 2 years and seriously could not be any happier.

Great customer service

My cats adapted to the machine right away and so far it's been a success. So much easier not having to scoop the box every day! They also have great customer service and you can tell they stand by their products. When I reached out with a question of why my waste bin was reporting as full even though it was empty, they wrote back with photos and troubleshooting tips. Videos from their website explained how to remove the waste basket (which was very easy) to clear debris away from the trap door which ended up being the problem. It was an easy fix, and they actually reached out a couple days later to check that everything was working again.

Despite advertising a 30-day money-back…

Despite advertising a 30-day money-back guarantee, the support team repeatedly added requirements that are not stated in their return policy, such as demanding video proof before approving a return. Even after providing evidence of a clear product defect and confirming that the issue was related to the product’s design/software, they continued to delay the process and request unnecessary information.

The product did not function as intended, and instead of honoring their published policy, support attempted to shift responsibility to the customer and create obstacles to prevent a refund.

A return policy is only meaningful if it is actually respected. Unfortunately, my experience showed a lack of transparency, poor accountability, and extremely frustrating customer service.

I would not recommend this company based on how refunds and support issues are handled.
