Ordered two pair of shoes for my young grand children-as someone else has mentioned, the shipping cost is astronomical. I was asked for a further £60.00 before UPS would deliver.
I tried several times to contact the company as I wanted to change the size of shoes I’d ordered.
Communication- there isn’t any.
The shoes arrived £270.00 later only to find small black marks on the little strawberry shoes.
Will not be ordering again- unfortunately- their web site should warn countries outside the EU.
Their shipping is so costly, that is why I didn’t even think there would be further charges.
Do not be tempted unless you are a millionaire!

The cost of shipping is eye watering. Over £50 which in addition to an already expensive pair of shoes means I will not be ordering again.

Beautiful shoes, but US-based buyers beware. Firstly, I was charged $55 shipping for "rural location" delivery...to Denver, CO! 19th largest city in our country, population 3 million in Denver Metro! Yes, sooooo rural and hard-to-reach by modern post - you'll need a pony and dogsled team to get it here, right? Fast forward a couple months and I got hit with the totally unexpected import duty bill from FedEx...$89!! Most expensive shoes ever, with $144 in random nonsensical or nondisclosed fees - I strongly advise skipping this company if you are in the US!!!!

Avoid at all costs. I paid 170€ for a pair of shoes for my 5 yo daughter. They looked great but lasted 3 days. By day 3 the back came off and the leather was completely ruined. They are very poorly manufactured and the materials are extremely cheap. I write to them with pictures and they said it was due to “improper wear”. Scandalous.

Have 3 pairs so far and 2 more on order. Navy wears them with literally every outfit and always gets compliments. Well worn, well loved and well lasting!

The shoes looked great online. However the strap on one shoe is so long that the velcro does not line up properly. Then to make things so much worse I recieved an invoice in the mail from UPS telling me I owe them another $14 for shipping. I already paid Petitnord $25 for shipping the shoes to me. That is a total of $39 for shipping! Then if I would have decided to return the shoes due to a manufacturing defect I would need to pay for shipping to return them. A complete rip off that it almost seems like a scam! I would have loved to continue being a customer if Petitnord had a better return policy. There are definitely other brands.

Mixed feelings about this review, since I really love the shoes supplied by Petit Nord. With that said, it is a pure online business focusing on kids shoes- meaning a great likelyhood of needed returns (bad fit, incorrect size, etc). When you need to return shoes you are left to your own in the choice of freight supplier, you need to pay the return yourself and information needed to do the return is missing- and its now been 24 h and I've still not received the missing information after addressing PetitNord.

This is not worthy of a professional online business. So sorry Petit Nord, even though I'd love to have continued buying shoes from you- I will leave as a customer until you get the refund procedure in shape.
