Sainsbury’s pet insurance is excellent. Simple online portal, very simple and easy to use. My claim was paid to my bank account within a few days with great email communication. Would totally recommend.

Very easy to follow to set up policy and one that offered everything at a reasonable price for a new puppy.

We’ve used Sainsbury Pet Insurance before but sadly our dog died due to illness. We are a returning customer because of the amazing service we received, hoping we won’t need it this time but if we do, we’ve no doubt we will accept a great service.

I honestly cannot fault the service with Sainsbury’s Pet Insurance. My dog was referred to a specialist for an operation and they dealt directly with the vet. The claim was pre-approved, so I didn’t have to pay a penny upfront and settlement to the vet was processed really quickly.
I would have been absolutely lost without Sainsbury’s, as it wasn’t a cheap operation. My girl was able to receive the very best care, and I can’t thank them enough!
You hear horror stories about pet insurance at times of need, but having pet insurance with Sainsbury’s took all the stress and worry of money away from me.
