Ordered a month ago and still don't have product.
If product is like delivery than it is BAD.

The med get to me before Duke runs out and the. Meds are helping him.

I do not want Auto Refil!! I want to CANCEL my subscription and just order what I want when I want. Please do not send an order for May.

Their emails and website both claim you can edit or change your subscription easily. There's no where to even set up an account, let alone manage your subscription. Their website is terrible. Even the links to go to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. don't work. I called their number and the rep was nice but also didn't have a clue about being able to set up an account or manage a subscription. Said she'd have a manager call me and one never did. I've emailed them as well. No response yet, although it hasn't been much time to respond.
To top it off, I just got my credit card bill and they charged me when I didn't even order! Didn't get the product yet either! The bad thing is my dog with cancer likes the supplements and I was really hoping it would help him, but seeing how unreliable they appear to be, I don't trust them to keep using their product. Totally false advertising to say you can edit and cancel your subscription when you can't. And from what I'm seeing, they put you on a monthly subscription whether you sign up for it or not. Makes me wonder about their claims for their product being legit too!
Update: I called about the additional subscription I didn't sign up for and received good service/help. The order is in transit but he gave me 25% off of it and canceled that subscription. Basically, if you want to make any changes you will just have to call. There's no way to do anything online. Their customer service is responsive when you call though.

You keep delivering to the wrong shipping address. I contact you, but you still deliver to the wrong address and it is returned, no refund. Never Again.

Petheal Immune Support is a good product that my dog enjoyed with her food. Unfortunately I started her on this product too late in her cancer battle. But I will begin use on her little sister. Thanks for making a healthy product for our precious dogs!

We have a 12 year and almost 9 month old Great Pyrenees. She was failing with skin issues, losing weight, and most distressful was her hips being so weak and wobbly that she couldn't walk well. I started her on your Mushroom blend and within a couple of days, she was more able to stand and walk much easier. She keeps improving with time.

We were afraid with winter coming that her thinning hair would be a problem in being outdoors, but it's gotten thicker and she's loving the cold as she always has.

We're thankful as we weren't ready to let her go as she's been such a good girl. She has 168 acres on our farm to run on and although she doesn't go down with my Husband every day - she still goes on days that she can. She's had a long life for a Pyrenees and we're so thankful your Mushroom Blend has helped keep her more comfortable. Thank You!!!

Unfortunately, I don’t know if it is really helping my 12 year old dog who was diagnosed with mass cell tumors three years ago, and has had three surgeries to remove cancerous tumors.

We need to see how long he lives pain-free. He is still eating and drinking and walking 2 to 6 miles every day. Pethealth will take back any unopened containers and refund my money for unopened containers when my dog dies. He takes 4 per day (2 with breakfast & 2 with supper) because he weighs 70 lbs.

So far our 7yr old Rottie seems to like them, which is good as she can smell anything related to not food a mile away! In second round of chemo and appears to recover faster. Not to mention she is really obnoxiously playful again which is I think a plus 😉. Anything to give her an edge in this fight
