My cats are always still plagued with fleas after using this product. Used to get free treats with the orders and that is no longer honored. Gonna move on to another product.

My babies love their pet friendly package don't get me wrong but I just opened my box for this month and my babies were looking for their treats from Pet friendly. Needless to say they were left have been left out the past two months. Please send them next time. They love them.

I applied two months worth of product as instructed on my Shih Tzu puppy. He was scratching a lot he’s black so I couldn’t see fleas. I took him to the groomer. I got a horrified call from her saying he was completely covered with fleas. She couldn’t put the Instant flea repellent pill down because it would have completely filled her grooming parlor with fleas. She had to shave him to the skin and spray what was coming off of him. He was there for hours going through a horrible ordeal. She told me whatever I was using never use it again. I didn’t. I started trying to contact the company at that time to tell them to not send any more orders. All I could find was a phone number which they never answered! After
multiple calls over many months, I gave up! the
boxes kept coming. Finally, I found an email address just last week I sent them an Email saying never send anymore. However, for the last year I’ve received these unwanted unusable products. I do not recommend anyone using this product on any dog with hair or fur! 😤😡

I've been using Pet Friendly Flea and Tick for 2 months. I'm torn. The price is great but I've pulled 3 large ticks off my dog in the last 2 weeks and this was freshly applied about 3 weeks ago and it was applied on time.
I haven't noticed any fleas but it doesn't seem to do much to keep the ticks off.

Great service, quick shipments, and most importantly our dog loves the treats! Thank you!

We've been subscribed for about a year now and it's made dental / flea / tick care for our pup Milly soooooo much easier. We used to forget when we last treated her / ordered meds, etc and now we don't even have to think about it! It's been such a great addition to our pet care arsenal. She loves the dental gel and all the treats, but beefy bites are literally her favorite treat in the world.

We came across these treats when they were recommended by a friend and our dog Ruby LOVES them! Specifically the beefy bites. She loves a good crunch and these hit the spot and I liked that they were not stinky!! I’m buying these again and plan to explore more of their products!

We got the dental stick and absolutely love it. It makes it so easy that my pup gets what he needs as well as they personalize it so no more mixing it up. He takes the product so easy because it’s chicken flavored. We highly recommend this product!

My dog loves the fun flavors of all the treats! Delivery was on time and product was moist and fresh. Love the free treats also!

I signed up for Pet Friendly about 2 years ago and it's been a great experience so far! In the past I've had a hard time remembering to give my 2 dogs their flee and tick every month when I bought in bulk but the monthly delivery really makes it easy. Also their beefy bites are almost solely responsible for training my puppy to be the good girl she is!

I have been receiving my PetFriendly boxes for almost a year. I have found them very responsive to my requests of putting my subscription on hold for a month. My dog loves the products we get from Petfriendly!

It's so helpful to have my flea meds delivered on a monthly basis because previously I would ALWAYS forget when to give it to my two dogs or if I already had that month. Now, I give it to my puppers as soon as the box arrives each month. Plus, my dogs go literally bananas for the Beefy Bites. We love petfriendly!

Love!!!! I trust them with all of my dogs needs. Their entire team is so friendly and thoughtful. Every box that comes is exciting for both my pup and I. Don’t know what we would do without them! They have a solution for almost everything.

I always left Ronnie's flea meds in the cupboard and would forgot to give them to him on time , , , then he got fleas 🥴. My friend told me about PETFRIENDLY , it ships every month so I don't have to remember , I just apply when it comes. We've been using it almost a year and haven't had any issues. Plus Ronnie loves the treats. Also , the box has Ronnie's photo on it , my wife thinks that's adorable (I do too 😀).

I subscribed last year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! My dog absolutely loves the beefy bites and the quality of everything is top-notch. It's the perfect way to spoil my dog and discover new products I wouldn't have found otherwise. Highly recommend pet friendly for any pet owner!

The products and service are exactly what I was looking for. I love having everything delivered every month so I don't have to make trips to the store to get what I need. Our dog LOVES the Beefy Bites, which is great, because we can use them as a high-value treat on walks, and they're so much less messy than hot dogs or chicken. And the Brilliant dental stick has improved her bad breath MASSIVELY. I also use the Daily supplements as pill pockets. It's just an all-around great experience.

I've been a customer for 3 years and have never had an issue with fleas in my home or on any of my pets. Fleas are NO JOKE here in Florida and this stuff actually works

We signed up for Petfriendly for my dog's flea protection. We haven't had any issues since then. We don't apply treatment in the winter, so I accidentally overstocked. I contacted customer service and the women I talked to was super helpful to put our subscription on hold until we needed it again … BUT our dog loved the free treats they sent each month. It turns out they sell a bigger bag of their "BeefyBites"!! So we get those now until we need treatment again in June. WE LOVE PETFRIENDLY!

I'm shocked by all the poor reviews on here. The flea and tick treatment works great. My shipments always arrive on time.
If I need to pause the shipment, or change something, I send an email and usually receive a response within 24 hours if not sooner.
I still highly recommend them!

I have no issue with the product accept it stopped working on my pets. Prior to my last order I requested to cancel...they waited till it shipped to email to say its to late and refused to send for product or refund me...bad bad bad customer care.
