It's just awful, the food they send isn't fresh, customer support doesn't respond, but there are ads every day.

They doubled the total cost as soon as we placed an order never replying to any of our immediate repeated emails or messages we sent all day to correct this shocking error the customer service intentionally ignoring this large overcharge error therefore we strongly do not recommend ordering anything from Evolution Diet Pet Food Shop

We have bought from this company for years. We just received an order today. My wife happened to speak to her sister who also buys from Evolution.Her sister had called Evolution and was told that the batch she ordered had insufficient preservative, would last only two weeks, and she needed to keep it in the freezer - and that was why the price was discounted. We think we ordered the same batch as the price we received was discounted. We checked their website and there was no indication that this food wasn't the same as all the other batches we bought. Nowhere did it say that there was reduced preservative requiring freezing. I called both the phone numbers listed on the website to check if our order was affected. The first number wouldn't go through; the second mailbox was full. It is ridiculous telling us to freeze all the food we bought. These are multiple large bags for three dogs and three cats. I don't think it's ethical to sell these bags without informing the buyers in advance! It isn't fair to us and it isn't fair to our animals. We would have had no way of knowing about the problem except for a family member. It is poor business practices. It is misrepresentation.

I am very happy with this cat food...my cats like it a lot and it is vegan and I can bring it with me to foreign countries when I travel without a problem because it is vegan. It is very good and it is great for the animals and the planet for a future for all of us and our four legged loved ones it is great

I've never had an issue over many years, but I did not receive the last order I placed. I emailed their support a couple times, left a message on their website, tried their website chat line, called their support line but never got any response. Now I'm going to be disputing the charge and don't plan on purchasing from them again. Very disappointing that all these avenues I tried for support got zero response.

My 13.5 year old pomchi has been plant based for at least NINE years, mostly on Evolution pet food- wet and dry. She LOVES the wet food- I get the organic mostly. Her health is OUTSTANDING- she is perky, runs fast, is happy, in great spirits, and her teeth are pretty good hasn't lost any teeth etc. I have recommended Evolution pet food to dog and cat
"owners" for years.

My dog absolutely loves her organic wet food every morning. She is very healthy and energetic, and her recent lab work shows that her levels are all looking great! Proof that dogs can be healthy, thriving vegans!
I also really appreciate the sales that this company has been running :)

My extremely picky Siamese LOVES IT! She chomps it down and asks for more, moist or dry. Wish they were closer to HI! p.s. I asked my local pet store to carry it.

I've been buying wet and dry food from Evolution Diet for years now for my baby 😺 I am so grateful they exist. The food arrives quickly, and when I've contacted customer service due to the rare mistake, they responded quickly, were kind, and helped me completely. As for 😺, his blood work has always come out perfect since I adopted him two years ago. I'll be a customer for life! ❤️

Love Evolutions’ Vegan pet foods…I’ve been purchasing dog and cat foods for several yrs and all my pets love the food! The moist can food is a favourite for my dog! Thank you for a great quality and compassionate product!

This company has great products and their service is excellent! They are an amazing source for healthy vegetarian pet food! We have been using them for several years. I highly recommend them for your vegetarian pet food needs!

It's wonderful to have the vegan options for my Cat, which I never planned for but without this option, I would have had inner turmoil bc there's no vegan options in the businesses here.
I would, however, like more options, for example, the toppers without the "meat" chunks. She loves the gravy but not the chunks. I don't have many other choices. She needs the soft food.

In my opinion this is the best dog food out there! I originally bought the Ultra food for my dog because I’m vegan and wanted the best food I could get for him. After around a few weeks of eating it all his major problems went away! I had been at the vet with him every month with ear infections, throwing up and diarrhea, but all those problems stopped. Come to find out my pup has food allergies to animal products!! He is so healthy now!!! Never a problem and no more vet visits!!! He smells good now too!I am so grateful that this food exists!! Great karma and great health all wrapped up together!! ❤️❤️❤️

Our cat suddenly developed food intolerance issues that have left her pulling out her hair. We’ve tried various non-standard proteins like duck, kangaroo, etc. She refuses everything. The only things she’ll eat are hydrolyzed chicken kibble and, to our immense surprise, the Evolution Diet kibble. She loves it. We’re very grateful to have this option and use it as treats.

Since implementing Evolution into our cats' meals, I have noticed their health and energy have improved greatly. Highly recommended.
