Will literally cheat you
Will literally cheat you! They took it upon themselves (without approval) to ship a 6 month script of Nexgard. In doing so they INFLATED the cost by 26 1/2%….
pretty ballsy. If this is who NEXGARD chooses to conduct business with I will no longer purchase their script products. The consumer pays a price initially but the script manufacturer & in this case PetCareRX will pay the larger price of lost business. We have plenty of options!
Overcharge on 3 Orders
I had made four purchases on 4 dates before Aug. 23. After dealing with a telephone employee and her espousing rules I had never heard, I stated I did not want to renew my membership. She immediately cancelled my membership, and I did not receive discount pricing on items I ordered. After calling two additional times to speak to a manager I finally was called back. I am still waiting on the refund.
