Disappointed

I too spent the extra money to get these rushed. They were not. I had ordered 4 photos and they only sent me 3 to review. When I brought this to their attention it took them many days to even respond and they rushed it and did not get it right. While I received the portraits I ordered they were not done properly. They let you review the photos prior to printing and sending and told them about the problem they ignored my request and sent them anyway so I now have 3 photos with my pets name on them and one without. The customer service is lacking for sure!

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. I have not received my order that was for Christmas. I paid for express shipping, received a couple of texts showing the completed product then nothing. I have emailed them and did not receive a response.

Would leave this company zero stars if…

Would leave this company zero stars if possible. Ignore there fake reviews and lovely pet advert they are a nightmare. I paid the extra £8 for the 3-5 working day delivery and here I am 28 days later with the canvas. The tracking link they sent for DTCS is sketchy at best, I’ve watched the canvas traverse around India at least 3 times. The canvas itself is poor quality and the picture of my dog is not centred correctly. Customer service is very slow, probably a week for them to reply with an automated response. Please stay away from this company it’s not worth the hassle.

Missing item

Ordered 2 items, only received 1, emailed them numerous times, takes them at least a week to reply, and when they do they blame the shipping company! Won't order again from here!

Never received my item and customer support is ignoring my emails

This company is a complete and utter joke. I ordered I personalised gift for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 29th of August. They fudged up the orders and sent my item to another person and sent me theirs. I returned the wrong order and was told the correct order would be shipped ASAP… then when I’ve asked for an update on what’s going on I get the same garbage excuses and they say ‘we will update you soon with your tracking order’.

It’s now the 9th of October and the customer support are now completely ignoring my emails. I was told my circumstances would warrant a refund in one email but when I ask for one I get ignored. This genuinely feels like a scam and is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a product from any company.

Stay clear of these people as they will happily take your money but you may never receive what you paid for.

Very impressed by the quality and…

Very impressed by the quality and service of Pet Canva. My housemates loved the blanket I got them as a gift with their two dogs on it and I’ll certainly be ordering myself one of my own dog. I placed an order as a gift for my father. Shortly after placing my order my fathers Dog passed away suddenly leaving him understandably distraught.

Great Product, Not Great Customer Service

I ordered a T-shirt, which I received and it had a hole in it. I immediately contacted support and received a response that my order would be completed again. I received an update saying my order shipped several weeks after that and the shipping number was the same as on my original order. I contacted them again and have been back and forth with the support person and the issue has still not been resolved. I am pretty unhappy, seeing as it was not cheap and I loved the product (except for the hole, obviously).

UPDATE: I received the corrected product (in perfect condition) on 2/22.

I ordered a dog harness now I don’t what happened with my order never heard from pet Canva, if the send my order they didn’t send me a tracking number now I tried the pet canva.com it doesn’t come out so I don’t know how to reached out with them i have no idea now with my order is this a scam?

PetCanva now, and every time I try a new item I’m so impressed by the quality! The prints are great but so are the base items! 10/10 recommend.

Items printed completely different from artwork

I have purchased from this company numerous times and initially had no quality issues. the last two purchases I made were for fleece blankets with a picture of my black German Shepherd. The artwork was beautiful and showed the black dog. The first time I selected a purple background and when I received the blanket the dog was printed half black and half blue. After going back and forth with support for over a week they finally agreed to reprint the blanket if i selected a lighter color background. I did, and the reprint was perfect. My second purchase I used the same picture and selected a light color background. The artwork was perfect yet when the blanket was printed, again it was a half black and half blue dog. Now I need to try to get support to resolve the issue again. They blame their "fulfillment" team, but WHY is there no quality control done on these items before they are shipped? How could they think a blue dog is acceptable when the artwork clearly shows a black dog??
