This is a scam! Sell as Dog Harness Australia - not from Australia or anywhere for that matter. Items never arrive! If you look closer into marketing you will see snippets of how unprofessional this is. ‘This could save your dogs life’, ‘hee hee’ as a seller reply & very poor grammar and words misspelled. Thank goodness I paid through Paypal.

Dont buy from the company i have never received the harness i purchased for my dog, i have emailed them and sent a message on the website and STILL no answer i am not expecting to receive anything from these CON artists taking peoples good earner money, they are scum feeding of innocent peoples intentions to buy something for their pets....DONT BUY

I purchased a dog bed and cover that I NEVER received. I didn't receive any information from them whatsoever. No confirmation email or anything. I reported the issue with Paypal and I lost the case as they seller produced "shipping information". What a joke, I'm down $200 and I've got nothing to show for it.

Poor quality, came lumpy with a hole in it. They haven't replied to my emails for a refund and where to return the rubbish item bed.
When purchasing online also in US dollars not AU!! Didn't find that out until the money was debited from my bank account.
Do not buy from this company!

I ordered an XXL pet bed. I received a small. I contacted the company and they said they would send me the correct size. They sent me another small.

Now they aren't doing anything about this other than saying to return the wrong size and then they will send me the correct size. I've paid for the XXL. Now they want me to pay shipping to return the small.

Amazon would send me the shipping label. Not this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So where do I start?
Firstly the company claims to be Australian but is in fact Chinese. When Asking for the address to send my bed back it is in China and I am required to pay for this shipping. This is wrong on sooooo many levels.
If it is an Australian company then returns should be to an Australian address. VERY NAUGHTY. The bed itself is seriously criminal to our environment. I washed it and it fell apart on first wash. They offered to give me another one...... like I seriously do not respect our earth by taking another piece of landfill. They should be shut down for selling such a poor quality product.
Do not buy anything from this spineless CHINESE company.

Terrible quality product. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought it. No wonder their site doesn’t have reviews on it.
The bed is like a flat pancake. It’s not thick and soft like the pictures. The cushion in the middle is all in a lump where some areas have no padding. Such a waste of a lot of money.

Like others I found out the hard way this group are disgraceful to deal with. Ordered a bed that was described as a stress bed for dogs only to find it’s a stress bed for the buyer. No padding as described, no stress protection, cheap product with little if any filling and the wrong size and colour. Complained correctly but found the same experience as others on the site. A Peter Tran responds then disappears and no replies follow, how the site is able to operate with an Australian address but no telephone contact details is beyond belief. Strongly suggest DO NOT BUY from this site.

These sellers are a scam... do not buy from them! It's been over a month that not only have I not received my item (mind you I paid for express shipping which the site claims 10 days to arrival), they have also after a lot of hounding sent me 2 tracking numbers linking to different couriers, one of which was non-existent item and the other which was a completely different link to an unknown shipment delivered halfway across the world from my address.
Now they are not answering any emails, they do not have contact numbers on their site and they have the audacity to keep posting new sales when they are providing non existing service to paid customers. If this is not a scam I don't know what is. Horrible horrible experience

Don't buy this product. Absolute rubbish!!! Padding is all separated providing no support or comfort. My dog would be better off lying on the floor...
Don't take any notice of the 5 star reviews as it is obvious they are related given they all have asian names. Digusting!!!!!! And don't hold high hopes for a refund...

3 months to receive. Package came wrapped in plastic. Noticed chew marks in plastic.
Opened up to find holes chewed by rodent with stuffing.
Fearful and disgusted I threw away. Now company wants pictures a month later. REALLY???
Just post my refund.

Don't waste your time or money! These guys are dodgy! I paid for a pet bed & it took 2 months to receive it. When the bed arrived it was nothing like they had on the website or on their many Facebook sites (all under different names) I have contacted them regarding a refund on numerous occasions but they do not respond. Unfortunately this is one for consumer affairs. Please don't fall for these scammers. They say they are Australian but the address is fake and they do not have an ABN#

This bed is perfect for my 8 week old pup. It helps him sleep through the night and feels like his own safe space. The high edges make it easy for him to snuggle. Highly recommend !!!

Seriously I did not believe this calming dog bed would make a difference...all 3 dogs went straight onto it (I put it in the same position of the other bed I had, which they never used). They look so cosy and happy.
My eldest took himself off his usual bed overnight and I found him in this one. WANT MORE OF THEM!!!!

I was unsure if my dog would even use this bed, boy was I proved wrong! She loves it! Snuggles in and sleeps so soundly, she has bad anxiety and she has been so much calmer using this bed she hardly wants to get out of it. Thankyou!

I would give a zero except that i can't. I bought and paid for a pet bed on April 26 and now it's June 28 and I have STILL not received the bed! According to the tracking info, the bed has never left China and I keep getting the runaround from "Peter Tran". I'm so upset about this and can't get it resolved.

Do not buy! Extremely poor quality pet beds. My dog may as well be laying on a blanket. Poorly stuffed and extremely over priced.
Petbedfordogs.com and Anti Anxiety Pet Bed on Facebook post fake photos and posts fell customers of their beds conning people to purchase. They are the same business selling as Abbyspace which has hundreds of bad reviews on Trust Pilot.
They communicate well until they know you’re unhappy with the product and then they ignore you. They delete comments on Facebook from disgruntled customers to ensure they continue stealing. Do yourself a favour and avoid the thieves!
