Ordered a card from a group of friends to another celebrating a special birthday. That was in the 16th July, it still hasn't arrived !! It was out in transit on the 20th July. It is now 4th August and still no card. I find this totally unacceptable. Not only have I apologised several times to the friend who should have received it, I am also having to apologise to the friends who contributed to the card. The help I am receiving from PetalPal is very non committal, ' it's not our fault and beyond our control '. Others may have had good service but I most certainly haven't.
Update - after being told that the card may have been lost on transit it arrived nineteen days after it had been sent out. It was also bent despite a label on the front of the package asking the couriers not to. I had accepted the offer of a full refund rather than a replacement as I saw no point as the special birthday had long gone. What should have been the simple task of ordering and receiving a card turned into a protracted affair that has put me off ordering again. I know that occasionally things go wrong but this is not for me.

They are just a lovely gift for friends and family. They are unique. Delivery times vary quite a lot but thankfully this one got to my friend in time for her birthday. Send with plenty of time to spare to avoid disappointment. This is probably their only downfall.

Product ok, delivery time poor
The product itself was fine. Given that this type of product would be ordered to arrive on or near a particular date, it took far too long to arrive at its destination. Ordered on 7th, hoping for delivery on or around 13th, it actually got there on 17th. Not acceptable.
