It's an absolutely beautiful purple bow fascinator - and the customer service and attention has been excellent. On both occasions I had left the order to the last minute and on both ocassions Lou turned up trumps and made sure that I got the order in time.

Not only was it a faultless transaction, with a quick delivery time but the ring was so beautifully packaged and gift wrapped that it was almost a shame to open it.
