Ordered a Fatface design dog bed

Ordered a Fatface design dog bed, took money, confirmed order…. Not delivered! Excuse eventually after multitude of emails and bot chat was order cancelled by Petacular and myself refunded… this did not happen!!! In dispute where they are rejecting! How?? Money was paid, no goods, master card claim back on customer dispute being raised against Petacular.. Do not deal with this supplier.. they do not uphold honest supplier ethos!

Order never arrived

Ordered a dog collar on 23.09.23, it never arrived, I never got a confirmation email but they did charge me. Tried to contact them via email and their webchat, got no response. Raised it with my bank and got refunded that way. They did send me an email to review them though! :|

Don't recommend at all.

Order not delivered

I am still waiting for my order. It was placed on 6/10/23 and has not yet arrived. I have emailed several times without an answer. They offer a chat service (usually get back to you in a few hours, it says) which I have done several times with no answer. So as it stands I don't know where my order is and I can't get hold of anybody. A payment of £54 was quickly taken though. I would not recommend this company at all. It looks like I am going to have to go through my bank to try and get my money back.....26/10.I have since been refunded through a dispute process with my bank. Do not buy from this place.

Never delivery my dog food and keep lying to me.

You said most of my conversation is “hi”. The screen shot on 4 Sep, after 11:09 I have only 4 messages to you. The time is
16:14 hello.
16:15 is my parcel ready to post?
16:17 anybody?
16:21 hi

After these 4 messages, on 5 Sep I have never able to get in touch with your company. No matter of your computer or system issue. It’s all NOT my business, the only thing is “You didn’t tell your customer, the item not in stock! And you need to give the solution to me, you cannot only let your customer keep wait again and again!”

Your family or company need to improve your service skill or even a general business knowledge. Family run business doesn’t mean anything for the excuse! Which international large company wasn’t start from family run business? Why you company so poor to do a communication with customers. DON’T EXCUSE OF THIS CASE ANYMORE.

If any one would like to purchase 2 item by waiting half month delivery service, please get in touch with this no contact number company. Good lucky.

26 Aug Order 2 items. 31 Aug Delivery it took 4 days. The order guarantee next day delivery.

Only one item was delivery, talk with CS, told me the dog food is no stock now. But why your system still able to place order? CS told me after 3 days will have stock. OK I wait until Monday, end of the day I still can’t see anything update. No tracking, no body contact me. I keep getting in touch with them after two days but the only web chat system was nobody answer me. Just like this company wasn’t working anymore.

After a date I continue have no response for anything. I try I use my other email to contact them. Someone replied me immediately, and say it’s an error put my account email to spam???

Ok, I don’t know what wrong from your system whatever. I need a response what’s going on to my order. The CS said I need to wait until 14Sep for dog food back stock.

What!? I’m not surprised I still need to wait. The disappointed point is: If I wasn’t keep try to contact this company, I can pretty sure they WON’T or NEVER let me know I need to wait another week for the stock!

End up refund the order.

Thank you for your review. As a small family-run business, we're disappointed to see you have chosen to provide us with a 1 Star Review.

You're correct, we currently do not offer a phone line for our customer service relations, however. We've full live chat and email service which is more efficient.

I can see full tracking information was provided advising of the dog treats being delivered without the dog food.

I do appreciate there was delays with the dog found, which was ultimately refunded. This was due to a manufacturing issue by Vitalin and all stock was recalled from every single retailer in the UK. We of course, would like to ensure a product is completely safe for your pet and was unable to fulfill this item, which is why it was delayed. This has all been highlighted on several occasions. The manufacturer ultimately made the decision to completely discontinue this product, however it did take a few days to receive that information to us.

Within 72 hours, you raised no less than 60 Live Chat individual messages. Where we responded where possible, however. Most of these messages simply said. "Hi". This was picked up as being spam due to this unnatural volume. Any messages that appeared to be human we of course responded to.

I believe the statement that without you following up we would not have contacted you is unfair due to the volume of queries received about this order.

I really would like to apologise for your experience and how you feel about it. The delay for the dog food was for your pets best interest, as we had no intention of sending a batch of food that could have been harmful.

I sincerely hope your dog is enjoying the treats.

retriever dumbell

Purchased retriever dumbell. It is OK but is smaller that I thought it would be so not so easy for a larger dog (Golden Retriever) to pick up. Probably my fault for not checking the size. It is 'medium' & I maybe should have got large but never saw that as an option. We are persevering with it so it might be OK.
