No bulk edit or import function
Although the customer experience/ interaction has been good, we were surprised to discover that the PestScan software lacks a default bulk edit and import function for mass data manipulation.
As it stands, any changes we would like to make to article names, cost prices, descriptions,... must be done manually, one by one. This process is extremely time-consuming.
Had we known about this limitation beforehand, we likely would have not chosen the software.
*Thank you for the reply PestScan. Yes, unfortunately the price you offered to do a bulk edit for us is out of our budget. Maybe you could look at a simple edit function whereby you can edit prices on one tab all at once manually, instead of having to open each article and go to each tab on there?*
