If i can rate zero i would,

They have no support when called, i placed my order 4 weeks before i received a note saying it wouldn't be delivered.
I have never had this bad an experience

Easy to apply and convenient.
Great preventative application. Haven't had any pest issues since we started with Pestie.

This past Spring (2023) we had a lot of spiders and other crawling insects in our new construction home in the Dallas area, but I didn't want to spray inside. At a previous home I had had success with barrier spray systems administered by very expensive professional pest control companies so I thought I'd try to DIY approach with Pestie. Within two weeks of administering our first round of Pestie our spider problem stopped and we haven't seen spiders or bugs inside since. I just adminsitered our first reapplication and it took all of 20 minutes to mix, spray and clean up. I'm very pleased with the product, the service and the communication from Pestie and would highly recommend it.

The products don't seem to work all that well. I had to send them proof of the issues I continued to have. If ants or spiders are a concern... the treatments offered may not work for you. Also billing became an issue. I submitted an online inquiry about a large charge that had come up and no one responded. I give Pestie 2 stars because the concept/idea of it is good and in the instance that I told them that my bug issues persisted, they did send out an additional product to try to help. It didn't work, but it at least they made an effort to help that time around. I may revisit this review if anything changes.

I cannot comment on the product because the process of getting the product is so bad, that I'm not sure if I can trust them to have a reliable product. I placed an initial order and two weeks after placing it, it still has not arrived. If you try to contact them, you will too, be frustrated. Their phones go to voicemail, and no one calls back. The chat function does not work on a mobile device, so you have to use a computer to contact them. Then, maybe they will respond. They ship via DHL to the USPS and that takes over a week to go from Utah to California. We will see if it is worth it, but my feeling is that it is an overpriced service that is a marked-up version of what I can buy at Home Depot.

I called yesterday when I was applying the pestie solution. The recording asked me to leave a number and I never got a return call.
This is the second time in a row that I've had to change the batteries. Thankfully I have a tool that accesses the really specific screws on the sprayer device. In the several years that I've subscribed to Pestie, I've never had to change the batteries before. Now, as I said, 2 times in a row.

I think I need a new sprayer.

I think the pestie solution does a fine job but your customer service has a lot to be desired.

Still have a lot of spiders
My husband got bit by a spider and is now in the hospital for a leg infection.

The only bad thing I can say is that I had to sweep away a lot of dead bugs.

I see results. Easy to use.

Pestie is easy to mix, easy to apply and works wonderfully!

I prefer the liquid, as it seems to work better, but this method of pest control is a lot better than paying someone to spray something that might, or might not work!

I have been using this for a couple of years. I had one sprayer stop working and was sent a replacement without any problem. My ant problem is no more!!

Pestie has been great! We have been using for about a year. We haven’t had a bug issue since we started using it.

I just did part of my home with the spray, so I'm waiting on the results. What I really am unhappy about is the amount they send you. We have a large home . We used very little and still didnt have enough for the outside .I feel for 30 dollars the bottle should be larger. I don't know about if I will keep a subscription to this. They make it look like the bag is pretty full but with 3 bottle of water to mix my sprayer wasn't even long enough to reach the bottom of bag.

Your product is easy to use and reasonably priced.

We have used Pestie for a year and have been very satisfied. Occasionally have seen an insect but we also had occasional sightings when we had a full service company. Application is easy and effective! Looking forward to the same results for our second year.

No ants or millipedes in the house which was our goal. We are very happy with our outcomes.

My first experience with a subscription pest control solution. Having someone come do it is pretty expensive. I have tried buying my own but then I'm not sure if I'm using the right thing or the scheduling. This method keeps me on track an it's simple to apply. When I still had some little ants showing up, customer service helped me quickly and sent another application. All seems to be well now. Although we don't have pets at home, we feel comfortable with this being safe around our new grandbaby. I'm looking forward to my next application and keeping bugs and spiders at bay!
