An excellent price for the Earthcom odour removal bags and very prompt delivery. We're pleased with the effectiveness of the product - as others have said, 3 bags per room are needed to remove the smell, which we're most grateful for!

These moth traps don't work. I've got moths flying around everywhere and they are not interested in what these are offering!

Many thanks for the feedback. This particular product will not catch moth. They work in conjunction with other treatments as they build up a vapour in the wardrobe, assuming you have Clothes Moth ? If you have Carpet Moth then you will not get any joy with this product, the carpets will need to be treated. I do hope that helps explain why you have not cleared your problem with these.
The spray bottle was useless
The spray bottle was useless. And hardly worked but spilt liquid onto our hands or didnt spray at all. We transfered the solution into another dispenser

So very sorry to hear this. On a rare occasion the trigger head gets a blockage and it would be a case of removing that and running under warm water to clear. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you order agian. We can always send a new trigger head if it is faulty, just need to let us know.

Many thanks for the feedback. You will struggle to get a rat in a mouse trap but as for not catching any mice it will be worth adding a bait to entice them in being a humane trap.
backing paper removal
We found great difficulty in removing the backing paper from the triangular hanging moth trap without getting stuck to it
in at least 2 weeks of setting one up under the sofa not a single moth has stuck to it yet there is obvious new moth damage to the carpet underneath it. i think the product doesn't work

Sorry to hear the backing was tricky, this is a brand new product on the market, so we will notify the manufacturer.
It may be that the adult moth have not appeared yet as the damage is done by the larval stage not the flying adult. Also bear in mind it will only catch males.
