Very well organized, great experience, generous staff. Amyeth was very kind and created a great experience
Had an amazing 3 day? 2 night trip to Huachachina and Paracas.
The bus was comfy and on time and being a solo traveller it was particularly good that they picked me up and dropped me off at my accommodation in Lima.
Our guide Bo was kind, funny and very informative. He gave us lots of information about Peru and its history. He was also happy to take photos.
A truly memorable trip and I would recommend Peru Hop to anyone. Excellent value.

The organization was really well done, and our tour guide, Boris, was excellent in telling us about Peru and providing updates on the next part of the adventure. The only downside was the lack of working air conditioning on the bus. All three bus rides we took were really hot and uncomfortable, which made us dehydrated, fatigued, and soaked in sweat when we arrived at our destinations. I could see the other bus riders reaching to ceiling vents and fanning each other to cool down, so it seems everyone was too hot.

I loved PeruHop. As a solo traveller, having someone there who you can contact if you need help with anything is really reassuring, and their buses were always on time and organised. I had a pre-booked seat for each leg, and Miguel always made sure to remind everyone of what number they had booked so we sat in the right places. I had Miguel for every journey except one, and I only have really high praise and so much respect for him. He's such a lovely, friendly person, is always willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything & he really had a positive impact on my trip. I had Roberto and Brenda for one leg of the journey, and they let the people with reservations on first which I think was a good way to do it.
The overnight buses were also really comfortable and the blankets are a really nice touch. I'd use PeruHop again in a heartbeat

Peru Hop is superb value for money. Flexible travel to many of the main spots a traveller to Peru would want to visit. Their recommendations all worked out brilliantly for a family of 7 aged between 18- 54. We experienced the culture and a beauty of Peru and several exciting activities including sand boarding, white water rafting, and quad biking and our guide, Lizbeth was amazing 🤩
Regrettably, we’re heading home soon but our son is staying on and travelling to Cusco and La Paz with Peru Hop.

It’s a great way to have safe and reliable transport around Peru and to hit all the main hotspots - the guides on the coaches are really great and helpful. The overnight buses were a little disappointing, it says online they’re “luxury” overnight buses but they’re just normal buses, and you arrive in the town at 5am so can’t do anything or check into any hotel - the timing isn’t ideal. I would also avoid booking the tours through Peru hop and perhaps find your own online or via GetYourGuide. They’re not fully explained in detail on the Peru Hop website so you don’t actually know what you’re getting and a lot of the tours were disappointing. The Colca Canyon one is basically sitting for 7+ hours on a bus and hardly seeing the canyon, was such a waste when you already sit for hours every day and night on buses, but it didn’t say that in any of the activity descriptions. The Lake Titicaca excursion was also terrible, we visited a floating island where we were made to feel really uncomfortable and almost forced to buy something from the people living there. When we didn’t buy anything, they then retreated into their homes and we were awkwardly sat there doing nothing while the guide was asleep back on the boat.
We did the Full South Tour from Lima to Cusco. First guide was Lizbeth, she was very nice and did a great Job. From Arequipa to Puno we had Roberto, he was also very great and very funny to be with. Puno - Cusco overnight we had Miguel, also great Job he did. The organisation of the whole trip was very good and also the bookings of tours very easy and spontaneous. The bus is very comfortable and clean. Drivers did a great job!

The trip was very well organized, punctual and the guide was very congenial, available and informative. The scenery is amazing. However, it is certainly long with lot of travel time.

I had an amazing experience with Peru Hop! Our guide spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire trip. Even though my hotel wasn’t originally listed as a pickup location, I was able to contact the team and they kindly arranged pickup and drop-off at my hotel, which made everything so convenient.
The trip was fun, exciting, educational, and adventurous all at the same time. I met so many wonderful people from different parts of the world, and even some from back home. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The main point of improvement especially for ladies is the toilet service on the night bus. After some hrs it truly would require some service- like in an aircraft. One other thing which I trust was a single event was that the bus broke down in Huacachina. While we have been pushed to walk 2,5 km due to the eastern break, which must have been known by our host upfront, which would provide the time either to go by taxi instead of walking uphill and along the heavy traffic road, or stay in a nice place (and not in the close to the bus) until a replacement bus showed up. It would have been funny, but the bus driver was not trained to drive the bus (he didn‘t know that he has to lift it up) so we drove with 25km max for 30 mins until another driver showed up explaining the driver which buttons to press. This happened April 3 - from Huacachina to Nazca.
Overall we have been pleased with the communication and the guides, also the touristic stops and eating locations.
Peru Hop was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish, with seamless organization and unforgettable stops along the way. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make every traveler feel safe and included. It was the perfect way to explore Peru comfortably while still enjoying authentic and adventurous moments.

Our guides were amazing! So fun, attentive and helpful.
Everything went so smooth. Pick up points are clear. It’s such an easy way to get around Peru. I will definitely be doing this again!

It was great. Peru Hop is easy to plan, to plan the schedule. The buses are confortable, the guides are polite and professional. We have options to book tours. So its a very convenient way of visiting cities of Peru / Bolivia.

We loved that it was an easy way to visit lots of cool places in Peru. We did the full route from Lima to Cusco. We enjoyed the free tours and stops that were made on the bus and booked some add ons which were also great. It was convenient to be able to arrange it all through one company. The guides were a highlight - super helpful and friendly. We had Lui and Juan Carlos who were both fabulous.
Due to the long distances covered, you spend a lot of time on the coach. This of course is just part of being able to see all the fantastic places. However, the quality of the coaches were not great. We swapped busses a lot but most of them had issues. One smelled quite strongly of wee, which we put down to the urinal spilling over in the toilet, which also wasn’t pleasant to step in. Another the air conditioning didn’t really work so it was unbearably warm. Night busses were just usual coaches rather than the sleeper busses you can get, which made it hard to sleep. This was made more difficult by the driver speeding up and having to slam on the breaks a lot on the windy roads, jolting you out of the seat. One of our night busses had sleeper seats on the downstairs, which we paid extra to book, but because another coach had been changed last minute and joined onto ours someone took our seats and we were asked to move to non sleeper seats. This was eventually rectified, but in the commotion we didn’t get blankets and the bus was incredibly cold through the night.
Overall, in theory the experience is great but was tainted by being uncomfortable on the coaches.
Also don’t love that on the feedback email, if you select that you had a great trip it directs you to trust pilot and if you select that you didn’t it directs you to their own feedback page. Doesn’t feel transparent.
The best was travelling with your guides. They were so helpful, full of information, flexible and kind.

We had a great experience traveling with our 4 year old on Peru Hop. Neil & Sergio were extremely kind during the legs where we traveled with them. It was a little difficult if we took longer than the expected 8 days because we kept switching to several different chats and if we were in between then we had no point of contact to talk to anyone about tours or anything else.
One specific thing to note...in Puno where we used the Nayras storage facility, the attender was pretty rude. He would not allow us to talk freely in the lobby, told us toilet paper was not available for the restroom. When we asked a different attender then they provided toilet paper just fine.
From the host, to ride, and smooth transitions; everything was nicely organized

THE best excursion we’ve done in our whole Peru trip and that’s saying a lot considering we went to a few cities: that being Lima, Cusco, and Arequipa and did other excursions like Machu Picchu, Humantay Lake, Rainbow Mountain and more. The thing that stood out the most and made the experience so much more enjoyable was our wonderful guide, Nilo. He made sure that we were all comfortable every step of the way and kept us posted with everything happening, very organized and all in a timely manner. He also made us feel very safe. I’m a firm believer that with experiences, it’s not always where you go (tho Paracas and Huacachina were beautiful) but who you’re with that makes or breaks it. Truly grateful for the great experience that was made all the more wonderful by our guide. Some experiences stick with you a lifetime and this one is for sure high up on that list. And if Nilo is the standard for all the guide for this company, then I have no doubt that Peru Hop will continue to thrive. :)
