Liars and cheats
Liars and cheats. They are not regulators just trying to sell you a whole bunch of posters and saying it's the law. Bunch of scammers. Then they have the audacity to hang up on you once they know the conversation cannot go anywhere. They should be arrested. The law should protect new business owners from them and regulate how solicitors advertise because they make their forms look like it came from top government authority. Deceivers.
They are a total scam
They are a total scam. Do not give them your credit card info over the phone. They will then send you the posters and call not stop threatening you to pay for them. Just hang up when they call!
Have not done training yet!
The customer service for changing our dates was fantastic! The mail that was sent was just super unprofessional for the price. This is one of the highest priced classes we found. We usually pay a bit more for things for the level of quality. The baggies of things that are just all over the box is not professional.
Labor Poster for my State
I ordered the product on April the 15th and recived today on 9 May 22. Not concern about the delay. The product was not really needed urgently. It was well designed and specific to my state. I would recommend all businesses to purchase this Labor Poster from Personnel Concepts.I did recieved many tracking update about the product.
I responded to an ad sent to my email…
I responded to an ad sent to my email for an all in one poster for $19.95. They called back stating we were required to have 10 more posters and when I said I wanted to cancel the order, I felt that there was a veiled threat by the salesperson that I was not going to be in compliance and that I could be fined. I ended up spending approximately $400 so I didn't get our company in trouble. Let's hope their next victim reads this before falling into the trap. They continue to call telling my staff need more posters to be in compliance and I refuse to speak to them again.
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Don’t pay cause they won’t stop till you do. Don’t and i mean do not ever give them any info. Just a scam. It’s all free. If i could give a zero star i would.
They are scammers and frauds
They are scammers and frauds. They are on the same line of terrorists that threaten people if you don't buy their posters while you can get them free from dept of labor. They send threatening notices saying you are not in compliance and will be reported.
On time team
Great to work with the team- always on time, replies for any issues,
Fake Invoice
Our not-for-profit ordered an Illinois and Federal poster.
We paid $70 for it on our Visa. We had to wait two months and after several emails received it. Now we get these $500plus invoices, which we will not pay. This Company is a scam operation.
Helping Strays of Monroe County, Illinois
Worst experience in ages!
Received invoice for a product I NEVER ordered. When I finally received an email confirmation the order was cancelled, they proceeded to try and collect for the cancelled order. When I sent them the email they sent me confirming the order was cancelled, they stated "I do not handle disputes or questions regarding your account" Then why did you email me to collect?!!! I will NEVER recommend or use this company again.
The worst service I've ever experienced…
The worst service I've ever experienced. After I purchased the required labor posters via mail-in check, the company called me to confirm my order, a which point they deceived me into purchasing more products I didn't need over the phone without disclosing the additional costs. I then received a bill for an additional $280 for products. They didn't mention a return option until it was too late past the return by date. They call only by a blocked number so it was difficult to get in touch to resolve the bill. Once I finally did, the customer service rep Jose Yanez yelled at me after I explained the situation. He only stopped yelling once I asked him to stop so I could pay over the phone. Settling the bill was the only way I could end this terrible customer service. Giving my money to this business with poor practices for products I don't even need feels terrible. They really need to reassess their communications and customer service because it's some of the worst out there. As you can tell by the other reviews I'm not the only one. It's clear they're only able to stay in business because of their monopoly on legal products required for businesses by the state. That shouldn't be an excuse to treat customers so poorly. I hope they figure it out because this is a completely unnecessary way to conduct business. All their customers should have a pleasant experience with them. Is that too much to ask?
Closed My Business 6 years ago.
I closed my business 6 years ago in Oklahoma. I'd like to know how they got my name and address in Georgia? Even if I were to start back up again, I'm the owner/operator. I've never had employees.
Scammers
Scammers, they send mails using Federal Agencies formats to try to intimidate companies into buying their posters. Fortunately, I'm used to this techniques, but I guess a lot of people don't.
All they want is more
I ordered the simple Federal and State Employment postings laminated poster, was annoyed at the high shipping cost, but ordered anyway. Next morning, I got a phone call saying I needed a bunch of additional posters and a subscription to stay in compliance. I asked to just be sent the single poster I ordered, and she tried to tell me that these other posters are required and I have to get them as well, and I can't get them anywhere else. I then proceeded to go to the government websites and pull the posters she mentioned, and cancelled my order with them (I hope, I asked her to cancel it, but I'm not convinced she did, we'll see)
I received my order
They are a SCAM!!
They are a SCAM!!! I bought a poster for $25 and then they called every day since then saying that we owe then $350 + $45 for shipping costs for all of these other posters that we legally need.
