Good company gone bad
We've used Personnel Checks for a long time and always been fairly happy although it's difficult to communicate with them and they haven't lived up to all their promises. There seems to be a disconnect with each department so nobody knows what each other are doing which leads to confusion. More recently we had issues with invoices and price rises which nobody helping to sort out.

Initially impressed but sadly no longer
I was initially very impressed with Personnel Checks. We signed up and everything started going really well but recently everything changed and it's left a lot of issues that are not being resolved. We were promised things that weren't delivered (e.g. direct debits and the ability to close applications) and were only told "they are still in process and will be available soon" but it's been years. We then had an issue with an invoice which they admitted fault with and a solution was reached so we moved on only to be told months later that they had changed their mind and it was now an issue again (the invoice was from the previous year at that point). They have put their prices up without letting us know saying that I'd opted out of marketing emails as the excuse - we'd received many other 'non-marketing' emails from them and I wouldn't expect a price increase wasn't included in the exclusion. We have been chasing them for information so we can pay and move on for weeks now with no response. It's such a shame such a great company has gone downhill so fast.

Isobel's service was amazing....
My enquiry was handled with great professionalism by Isobel . I think that I wasn't clear enough with what I needed but Isobel was patient with me and gave me some really great help.
In the end we managed to get to the point where I had the answer to my enquiry.
I must point out also that Isobel was extremely prompt with her replies. The service that Isobel gave me was what you would normally expect from a professional company . I cannot praise Isobel enough. Thank you Isobel , you are a star and should be given an immediate raise :-)
