I bought the personalised sequinned cushion as a gift for my mum's birthday and I can honestly say it went down an absolute storm! I was completely amazed at the quality of this cushion and the speed it was delivered. Once I placed my order it was delivered the FOLLOWING DAY - Amazing!!! I didn't even select next day delivery either. Not many places deliver at this speed!!! I will definitely be buying more as they make wonderful keepsake gifts 😊 Thank you!

I've never posted about a bad company before but this really needs to be done. Personalised Treasure you are a joke. I ordered a gift for my daughter. It arrived tacky, stitching coming apart, broken zip. I complained via email repeatedly before finally getting a reply and was essentially told tough because it was personalised. The personalisation has nothing to do with the shoddy workmanship of the stitching and zip! It was a birthday present for my 3 year old from her baby brother, she was incredibly upset over this. Ive called, emailed and still I am ignored. I was asked to fill in a review for my product for her website, I did and low and behold it hasn't been posted. How many other people have left and reviews or complained and been ignored. I don't have a large amount of funds so spending £25 on pillow was a real treat for my daughter and this is how it ends up. All I wanted was a nice keep sake and instead I'm left with a tacky pillow that's falling apart and completely ignored by the company. You should be ashamed!!!
