Excellent quality. Ordered a memory display slate with photos and verse. I’m very impressed with it. Took about 7 days to deliver which was fine. Website stated that it may take longer to deliver at busy times.

Claim 3-5 days delivered and quicker with next day delivery, ordered 8 days ago and still no confirmation of shipping but I still receive emails off them claiming if you order now it will be shipped in 4 days yet mine cant? Emailing support doesn't help as takes 2 days for a reply. Needed the gift by certain date hence why I ordered as on the site it said if would be here. If id of seen all these reviews before I ordered I wouldn't of bothered.

Not received items, states delivered but not delivered to my address

The website advertises a 'Sherpa fleece blanket' but what actually comes is a cheap quality 100% polyester blanket. Plus the print quality is terrible with photos blurred. Hugely disappointed and currently trying to get my money back. Do not buy a photo blanket from this company.

I emailed the company after I ordered the item to confirm details but no response.
Received my product today and the canvas is a different size to what i ordered. - Emailed them again today to query why, but don't expect I'll get a response! - Customer service just not good enough.

They did not post the two personalised key rings I ordered until I emailed several times. When they eventually did arrive the quality of the photo was extremely poor.

Dreadful quality print
Dreadful quality print. Looks like it’s been run off a photocopier from 1995, not good enough to put up on the wall. Difficult customer service to deal with, didn't ever get the refund I was hoping for, clearly that's just how they work

Not happy with my personalised cushion , they have sent me the wrong photos ..it meant to be a birthday gift for my family. So it’s too late & sent customer service email twice & not heard from them . I even sent them the wrong picture that they sent me. I don’t think I will be ordering from them .

BE AWARE. Do not buy from them. I have spoken to my bank. This company has clearly scammed me and others. They store your bank details and do not respond for weeks so you do not go to your bank meanwhile they store and use your bank details. I was sent a fake stock image of my delivery. They will if enough people complain, close down and reopen. All you can do is report them and get your money back from your bank.

My pricey personalised item has never arrived and nor has the company ever replied to the fact I've been left with no item, no refund.or any form of communication.

I believe the 5 star reviews are most likely fake or paid to write them.

Wouldn’t recommend. I ordered my item almost 2 weeks ago and nothing on the system has updated with dispatch or anything so I’ve emailed them twice and received no response and no item.

Bought a personalised key ring for Mother’s Day - but it took 7 business days to arrive and the whole time it didn’t update with dispatched - so after emailing them on the 6th business day, I received it on the 7th. I can appreciate that perhaps 5 working days was not enough time for them to make and send it, but the status on the order never updated so I didn’t have a clue as to if it was being made, posted etc.

Once it did arrive the key ring image was grainy.

Ordered a keyring for mothers day of a picture of my partner and our son, wish I hadn't.

The print is terrible quality, the lowest DPI print possible where it vaguely resembles the picture you supplied. I've worked in digital print and I know this isn't a limitation of the machines, it's just shoddy quality to save money or put more out quicker.

Secondly, a deep score is visible across the width of the picture, and you can feel it running your finger over it. the metal frame of the keyring itself had a few chips in it. No checks are being made to ensure these are good enough to be sent out.

Even worse, their reviews on the site are reviewed by admin before being visible, they are clearly cherry-picking 5 star reviews only to be displayed

Ordered a blanket, received a cheap piece of cloth with the fibres literally rubbing off , postage took 10 days and the quality is just awful , I would be embarrassed to give this nasty thing as a gift to someone.

Item never arrived, apparently cancelled by the courier. No response from Personalised Treasure despite numerous emails and contact forms. Total rip off merchants, don’t touch them

Wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order for 7 keyrings but I wanted them quickly as my Gran has just passed away.
The photo prints are grainy, blurry and pixilated. The email address on their website is incorrect and it took a day for my email to notify me. I have been asked twice for photos which I have sent but it is difficult to tell how poor they are.
Still awaiting outcome but I'm not hopeful.

Took ages to arrive. Similar to other reviews, I emailed them and suddenly it was dispatched. Very late. When it arrived the quality was appalling and looked like the ink had run out. You could not even see my custom message on the key ring. When emailed about it they have been difficult and keep saying they require images of both key rings, despite the fact they are carbon copies of each other so I only took one photo. So rubbish. Don’t bother!!

Took two weeks to receive my item. I sent them several messages in the end on the same day and then by magic my order was dispatched but way too late to be used as a present. I didn't think the quality was even that good when it arrived. Will go elsewhere in the future.

I have had to escalate a complete to the ombudsman for fair trading. I ordered a sequin cushion, the quality is extremely poor. The picture on the website is misleading ...... the cushions DO NOT look like this!!!! Personalised treasures DO NOT give refunds for personalised items. The reason I was given is that personalised items cannot be re sold. I have had to escalate my complaint as the item I recieved could not be given as a gift. The company say there is a "get out" clause in their terms and conditions.
The email I recieved was very blunt it felt like they were not bothered. Once they have your money they shouldn't be allowed to send out inferior products ..... I will NEVER order from them again.

Only positive things to say about this company website easy to navigate, ordering and uploading photos easy ordered 4 metal photo key rings they are fantastic good quality key ring photo is lovely and sharp and value for money delivery was fast never used this company before but will definitely use them again

Very poor quality , odd sequin missing , just overall poor quality , waste of money
