I have now 5 orders that I've been charged for but haven't received leaving me £170 out of pocket. Had to cancel my debit card with my bank to stop money leaving my account. No contact number, emails not answered and zero communication. Absolutely appalling level of customer service.
What a shame
So I guess that's how it works now - you take the money and never send the product?! The contact page is non existent, so impossible to get in touch. The email that is provided bounces straight back - not working. Placed an order on 04/04 and still haven't received it, don't even know how to cancel it now. Disappointing...
I have been trying to cancel my order
I have been trying to cancel my order for four months now. They have indeed stopped sending them - however I am now out £160 and no one is replying to me. I was told 3 weeks ago on Instagram - after 10 emails no body responded to - that my refund had been processed. It’s now 3 weeks later - they have once again stopped responding and I have received no money. If I do not receive it in the next week I will be forced to contact trading standards and a lawyer as were in a cost of living crisis and I cannot afford to lose £160 - I’m just waiting for them to take the next £40 out at this point.

I was charged for an order that never turned up. Have tried to chase and have actually received my second order via the automatic monthly subscription… yet still no refund or as much as a response from my emails. No contact number. Avoid.
Happy Customer
I have been taking Personalised Vitamins for three years and greatly feel the benefit. So, when my monthly subscription order did not arrive I contacted Personalised and they kindly refunded my order and sent out a new order which I received.
The cutest packaging
Although the pills are a little smelly I put them in a mason jar in their packets and think it looks so cute and they make taking vitamins easy

I am very disappointed. Ordered 1 month ago and no information about my order since that time. I can’t track it on the website, can’t message customer service… no updates. Looks like scammers or their shop is i active, but still take payments. Spend £50 for nothing. All my tries to contact personalized.co.uk were unsuccessful - No telephone number, no email. Horrible!
Would not recommend. Even if that arrives eventually, it is very unpleasant for customers to be uninformed and wait more than 1 month without any update. Looks like the shop dies not care about customers. Would love to get refund or cancel my order. But there are no such an option.. only subscribe and pay more … all they want.

Scammers
I placed an order with them on 11th November and I am still waiting for it to be delivered as I write this. There is definitely something dodgy happening as when I tried to email them to enquire what had happened, the email bounced back and when I tried to get in touch via the 'Contact Us' link on their website, it took me absolutely nowhere. They have my money and I seemingly have no way of redress. Absolutely do not place an order with these charlatans.

I have been trying to put my order on hold for several months. Depsite email requests and instructions the deliveries keep coming and I keep getting charged, The fish oil product I am getting delivered is incorrect. I have been receiving two capsules for several months and this has now reduced to one. Another capsule has disappeared and a tablet is being sent in its place. I had no information saying that this was happening so it may be a completely wrong item that I am being sent and this has happened before.
