I was debating giving two stars but it will have to be one.
I placed the order for a embroidered hat for a colleague's leaving gift. It was time sensitive and I was happy to pay the reasonable surcharge for Thursday delivery. I paid in full , confirmed the design and went on my way. By chance I checked my email a few hours later and there was another email wanting a second confirmation that was never mentioned before. I clicked it but the estimated delivery slot was now a week later. I wasn't happy and called the company. the person I spoke to was helpful but pushed back that I hadn't confirmed in time. I pointed out I'd paid for the order and confirmed at the point of purchase, and wasn't told there was a second confirmation email coming. I advised they should text or call if they're going to spring a second unexpected confirmation on clients.I expect they use this to manage workflow. if they send a second confirmation request at a random hour after purchase they can delay orders at will. It must happen regularly. they need to manage their clients expectations. traditionally when you place an order, confirm it and pay for it you expect the delivery date agreed to and paid a premium for will happen. I paid a surcharge for nothing. the hat arrived today and its fine. but I needed it 2 days ago. Its disappointing. One star. If It would simply have been on time 5 stars

5 star quality. I have ordered from Yazzoo a number of times and the students always say these are by the far the best trip hoodies they have. Excellent quality, the hoodies fit and wash well. Communication is great and I would use again

This was the fourth order I had made and I will continue to use them for my clothing projects because the quality of the items is fabulous, the service from start to finish is excellent and the customer service is on point.

Not true to size,tshirts are too tight even after washing,design is wearing off easily after 2 washes

Super fast service and staff keep in touch . delivery and printing on polos could be cheaper.

Embroidery is great, although could be quality checked before leaving as I have been finding loose threads.
