This company is a scam. For two weeks, my tracking number shows only a shipping label has been created yet this company has waffled between "your item shipped" to a "it's on the way." I asked them to cancel my order and they refused, claiming my item has shipped. I can see the tracking data remains unchanged -- "label created." I reported this company to my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM.

Do not order from this company. I ordered Westie car seat covers. When I first emailed them about not getting them they responded by telling me they shipped. All they did was make a label. I am calling my credit card company to stop payment. I was warned this company was a scam but I didn’t believe it. I’m telling you now BELIEVE IT. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I recently ordered a metal sign and I was so pleased with the quality that I ended up ordering another one.

I ordered some protein shakes for a Christmas present on Dec. 16. It didn’t come. Jan. 2 I emailed to cancel. They said there was a delay and would come Jan 8th. I emailed on the 10th to cancel my order. They said they would refund. Then I received this:
Hi,
We apologize for keeping you waiting for so long.
Our account was notified that it could not be traded within 120 days.
So even though we really want to refund the customer, we can't refund right now.
This is really objective reason.
We are trying to resolve this issue and will refund your order as soon as possible.
We are extremely sorry about that and hope that you will understand.

I went to their Chat just to ask: How much they charge for shipping. The Chat told me that before they will answer my question first I have to provide them my name and email. After providing my name and email The their Chat is quiet nobody answering my question. I did it again and it's quiet. This is a Scam company beware! They just took my name and email.

Store is a scam. I ordered a VENTY fan and got a ridiculous toy in the mail. Avoid this scam. Not sure why websites like this are even allowed to exist.

After my first order was personal 89 that I was very happy with the items were very nice as stated in my first review I placed another order for some metal signs for the new fencing that we put in at our beach house well I received part of the order today not only are the dimensions totally off for something that should be 24 by 24 it is 21x16 to be charged the sum 200 plus dollars for something this quality is definitely a company being underhanded and sending shoddy merchandise for top dollar I am waiting their response on a return I've tried to cancel the other half of the order since it has not shipped on the advice of my credit card company and I will be disputing the rest of the charges beware their metal signs are not what they are cracked up to be meaning they are not the right dimensions nor are they as elegant as they portray them to be. All I can say is buyer beware you are definitely not getting what you pay for.

I LOVE my shirt that I purchased!! It is great quality, thick material, GILDAN brand shirt ~which is great quality ~ and sizing is true to fit. I found the most unique picture that fits perfectly for a 🎁 for my brother. Shipping was reasonable & on time. I'm overall a very, very happy customer and would definitely buy from this company again!

Order took forever to receive, communication was horrible and when I finally received my order which was a Sphynx laying in wings it’s made of cardboard. Can’t believe I spent $20 bucks on a printed cardboard. Please don’t waste your time or money with this site. I’m sure they don’t take refunds and if they do it will be months. Lesson learned

I ordered what I thought would be a special gift for my mom as she loves giraffes and I lost a son a few years back. So the sleeping giraffe angel ornament I thought would b something beautiful to get for her. Boy was I wrong it took over a month to get it and it looked like a cardboard cutout! I didn't even give it to her, I was to embarrassed. I do not recommend at all

AN additional offer tricks you into buying 2. I thought I was refusing it. Tried to cancel and they refused. Stated that they would give me $5 off of order for buying 2 of the same thing. Ridiculous. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Received my order today! Absolutely beautiful! Seemed like it took forever to get here. Can't wait to put it up outside for everyone to admire!

Never got it sent back for insufficient address with on tracking site have correct address

I ordered a Dog lover personal metal sign. After being late the metal that it was made of was the thinnest metal there are and for $51.79 it wasn’t worth it. I have bought monogram metal signs the same size from a competitor for $29.00 and the metal was twice as thick. Based on this experience I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered 1/10/21 and have gotten 2 notices to review our product/service. I have not yet gotten notice that the product was been shipped let alone delivered.It is a gift for a birthday tomorrow. I doubt it will arrive in time!!

Haven't received my order yet. Hard to do a review for something that has not been received yet
