I bought a moisturizer some month ago. Then, by chance, I found out that they had enrolled me in a subscription without my consent, and I was being billed $92,59 every month. When I called the customer care, the person who answered purposely pretended she wasn't understanding what the issue was and it took me a while to straighten it out. The products might even be ok, but the market is plenty of good skincare products, and I prefere to turn to a reliable, honest brand.

Poor customer service
Love the product I ordered however a brush should have been added to the order & it wasn’t. I’ve contacted via email & been told a brush was sent out 2 weeks later nothing has arrived. Contacted again to be told will have to investigate!! It’s now 3 weeks since my delivery & still no brush. As other have said it’s really frustrating that you can’t talk to a human only contact via email. Come on get your act together, great product but if you can’t solve customer problems it’s not worth it.

New highlighter, bronzer, blush very disappointing
I purchased the trio of new bronzer, blush and hide lighter. I am a huge fan of Perricone products but this one I really do not like. Hardly any colour in any of them save maybe the highlighter and as a result I ran around with a layer of sticky shiny on my face that didn’t serve any purpose other than sticking my hair on my face in the most uncomfortable and annoying way. Will never purchase agsin and cannot recommend. As always rapid dispatch, great full size mask as gift.
