Very good selection of products with informative descriptions. Shipping was a reasonable price and the order was quickly shipped and came neatly packaged :) I have order twice now and will propably do so again in the future

Has a great selection of crystal beads, jewelry-making tools and supplies, and any other items you might want for arts and crafts. The craft tutorials on the website are also very helpful. The orders come nicely packaged using reusable bags, and the free gifts with each order are useful and appreciated. The items from the Pure Crystal line (which I saw was created by Perles & Co) and the Perles & Co tools are of especially impressive quality, which I highly recommend! The only thing which is a bit annoying is that if you do not pay for expedited shipping, you can expect to wait about 3 weeks to receive your order. However, if you place a larger order (~250 EUR+), the cost of expedited shipping goes down by a lot (<5 Euros). And no worries; you will not have to pay any additional taxes if you live within the EU and order from the version of the website ending in co.uk.

They were quick to get back to me about my orders considering time zones and polite in reassuring me everything was in order and not out of place.

I have just received my first order from Perles&Co and I'm thrilled to bits! A glorious box of beads in every colour & finish. They stock top quality beads in colours/finishes that are hard to find normally. The items are well packed & securely posted. The staff are fantastic & patient (I got my postcode mixed up with my house number when ordering - totally my fault, and my parcel went back to France before it was very kindly sent out to me a second time). I'm so happy, I'm already planning my next purchase. Some reviewers have complained about additional import taxes and I think this is unfair on Perles. Since Brexit (which I didn't support), we are no longer members of the EU & so there may be import VAT & handling to pay. This is a normal factor with any purchase from abroad. It is unfortunate that some people are unaware of this. I buy from all over the world and I will be keeping Perles on my suppliers list now I've found them :) Well done Perles & thank you!

I use Linhasita waxed cord in my work with gemstone beads. Most suppliers offer and range of basic vibrant colours which do not work well with the subtle shading of natural stones. Then I found Perles & Co on line. Brilliant! They carry a fantastic range of colours which work beautifully. I have placed a couple of orders with them now and I have been very pleased with the packaging of my items and the response times. Especially since I am in UK and the parcels have to come through Customs.

I habe ordered 10 days ago and the order is still in france. Temu would be quicker.

I live in England….I’m being honest when I say I have had a good experience with this online shop. I thought this shop was very reasonably priced and was keen to do business with them. That is until I got an invoice from FedEx who apparently paid my customs charges for me.
My shopping was calculated and with conversion from euros to GBP amounted to £286

A very very expensive shopping experience.

Perles and Co has wonderful customer service! When the postal service lost my package, they didn’t hesitate to replace it free of charge and send a second package. They were a pleasure to deal with and always responded very quickly to my emails. I am from Canada and I have not found another company with such an extensive selection of beads and supplies. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have ordered from this store two times now. I live in the UK and their postal costs are very reasonable and you have several options to choose from to control the costs of postage. They have a great range of products at competitive prices. I did have a question about one of my items, and they handled my query quickly. I was very happy with the way they resolved it. The communication with the company was always helpful and professional. I received my products very quickly and I could track my items once posted. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I am happy with my first order. The Efcolor items I ordered are original and the standard shipping price was only 2.50 €. The items were well-packed and the delivery time was normal. Also communicating with the seller was easy and timely.
