Sofie who replied to my many emails was skilled, patient, and knowledgable. She helped me cheerfully. I felt great working with her. She made me feel like I am an important client, even though I was making a small purchase, and indecisive about it for months. I have had the best of service from Perlen Odense. The company was very prompt in replying to my emails and was very welcoming in facilitating me. William got in touch with me immediately when an item that I had ordered was not available and wanted to know if I had wanted another item instead. All this took place with the greatest efficiency. Ordered two items as a birthday gift to forward on. Tracking does not work effectively as it is a Nordic Company (fine) but after a whole month (I am in the UK) I am having to pester customer services daily as it still hasn’t arrived. No satisfactory answer as yet. This is the first negative review I have left in a long while but I will not be using this company again.

I have been buying from Perlen for several years now and mostly buy Elfbeads and Redbalifrog charms. They are really beautiful and rival several of the more mainstream beads. In fact, some of their beads are much better. Perlen’s service is second to none and any query that I might have is answered promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. I am from Australia.

I ordered beads. They are very friendly and professional. Delivery takes time but ok with me as I understand it comes from another country. The beads are beautiful I had to exchange some the communication was clear and very easy. Will order more from them in the future. Thank you Perlen 💗

Delivery is very fast , when I track and trace I can see it arrives in my country so quickly , it’s my country that can delay sometimes. But not a problem.

I love them I really do. I can’t find others that ship Pandora internationally. It’s so pleasing to see my deliveries arrive, and with a perlen sweet !!! Thank you 😢

I ordered a pandora charm from them at the end of November. They estimated up to 3 weeks for delivery but it arrived in less than a week. It was beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I will be using this site again and again in the future.
