This is a completely pointless purchase because nothing works as promised: the mini printer keeps disconnecting, error messages keep popping up, the printer won’t turn off, and in the end… the print quality is OUTRAGEOUS. And it's not about bad luck: I bought two different color, and I have issue with both. Save your money for something else :)
The printer itself is fine. The customer service is trash. I made an order for replacement rolls of paper and did not get what I ordered. I made contact and provided clear evidence of the error and after about 10 days I was told I got what I ordered. Blind Freddy could see that I did not. Further attempts to contact customer service have been ignored.

This was a gift from my family and I was not expecting this but now I can't live without it. I love the grainy/vintage look of the pictures and I love that is black and white. It's really easy to understand and fast to set up. If you want a black and white mini printer I would recommend
