The quality of product yes and customer service, assurance, delivery and communication is excellent at the store. We received a big order of tiles, they were wrapped well and only 1 tile was broken; which is very impressive. I totally recommend the company!

This is a complete scam. We have been defrauded out of £1400! No delivery, no contact, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Impossible to get hold of … both phone numbers have been going to an automated answerphone for nearly 2 weeks now.

No response to emails or webforms over past 2 weeks!

Sure... I paid through the nose for shipping (£18) and I have no idea why it's so high - even for a relatively small item. Anyway - that was my choice. I got a lot of phone help before making the order. But what I really appreciated was the aftersales service. I needed a little help with configuring my lock and the guy on the phone literally went out of his way and got a lock from his store and then guided me through how to modify the lock - really helpful!

I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered mosaic tiles and PPS sent me less than I ordered and paid for. I emailed and a lady kindly said she'd help and send out the ones they forgot. Then the store manager, Adam, intervened and called me a liar. After lots of back and forth of him being aggressive over the phone, I asked how I could complain and he said he didn't know and hung up. I then emailed a formal complaints and didn't hear back. This was months ago. They sell branded things which you can buy elsewhere for much cheaper. Go somewhere where the staff don't call you names.

I bought a basin plug/waste unit. I didn’t receive the item, so contacted the company only to be told that I needed to pay an extra £18 on top of £5 I’d already paid to deliver to my address (just north of English border, in Scotland). The item was 0.25kg and 60mmx90mm, so not exactly a bulky or heavy item. How on earth can that delivery cost be justified and if that’s the standard rate why isn’t it calculated when your shipping address is added to the order? What a waste of time. I’m awaiting this piece to complete a bathroom revamp. Unfortunately very poor customer service.

This company delivered the incorrect colour taps. They confirmed that the taps would be replaced and the incorrect ones collected. The taps were delivered but too late for our plumber and the incorrect ones not collected. I was told that I had to return the taps at my own expense which has cost us £70.00. I am now battling to get a refund of over £700.
This is appalling service and we deeply regret ordering from them which we will not be doing again. Be warned.

I have made three purchases so far from this company and each time the shipping was super fast. The products were beautiful and very well made, exactly what I was expecting. But most of all the customer service I received from Courtney was absolutely outstanding. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Top marks!

Initially placed my order with another online retailer who let me down badly, spoke with the team at PPS several times from my initial enquiry / order, to checking progress and confirming delivery status, prompt friendly responses every time.
I would've given 5 stars, but my delivery was late, however this was more the fault of the supplier.

I had a query regarding the tiles I wanted to purchase and Joe, who I spoke to on the phone, was super helpful and even contacted the manufacturer to answer my query. He also kept me updated via emails and processed my order, long after he had finished working for the day, as I needed the tiles quickly. Thanks so much for your fab customer service! Very impressed with this store. I telephoned yesterday to enquire about some tiles, a gentleman gave me all the information I needed. I placed my order a few minutes later and the tiles arrived today. They were exactly what I wanted.
